They haven't provided room to us . Asking to pay more money for room. They were abusing to you and Oyo.

Nothing...No words to explain the pain we had to put up with the staffs. If I had a negative scale, I would have gone for it.

Really painful experience. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. We had booked at the price shown in the booking.com however, they were asking for extra money and saying all non -sense things like we don't know how booking.com listed our property at this price, we  have no connection with the website, you pls talk to the customer care and sort out we can't give the room at this price etc. Since it was late night and we had no choice had to settle with the price and we weren't alone, some other guests were asked the same thing. Don't go with the photos, the rooms don't have proper locks and all were damaged, we literally had to argue with them to get another room with a manageable lock system.

the behaviour of the staff, the dirty linen, the exterior was very shaky with strange men lurking around all the time
