Wir haben schon zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt anlässlich unseres Jahrestages ein Zimmer gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden, deshalb haben wir uns entschieden dort über Weihnachten zu buchen. Die Zimmer sind nichts spezielles aber eifach perfekt, sehr sauber, neue, hochwertige Ausstattung, extrem guter Wasserdruck (selten in SOA 😉). Extrem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss mit dem Zimmerpreis bekommt man Zugang zu einem riesigen, extrem gut ausgestatteten Fitness und auch einem Zugehörigen Spabereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad, etc.! Infinity Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön!

Leider wurde das Personal nicht gut geschult, was in einem 5 Sterne Hotel sehr schade ist… Da wir über Weihnachten dort waren wollten wir wissen, ob das Hotel etwas spezielles macht, leider konnte man uns keine Auskunft geben…Das Hotel könnte das Erlebniss noch viel besser machen mit besser geschultem Personal… Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb der Stadt und man muss immer ein TukTuk oder Taxi in die Stadt nehmen.

Dirty rooms with thin layer of carbon over everything. This is from vehicle exhausts travelling on the heavily congested eight lane overpass which runs along two sides of the hotel. Management asleep at the wheel. Booked and paid for four nights. Could only stay one night in the filth. Long black hairs everywhere. Had a shower and walked in the room only to find the bottom of my feet were black from the carbon everywhere. Fridge in room but no stocked mini bar. No carpet just woven plastic type floors which feel ordinary under foot. Breakfast was included but you have to pay for a cappuccino and bottled water. Marketed as new but tiles in common areas lift lobby’s, restaurants and the like haven’t been sealed and are heavily stained. The yellow and black bumble bee colour scheme in the rooms is in poor taste. Air quality in the hotel is poor and feels stuffy inside. Not to be confused with the sun and moon hotel urban which is in the city centre but owned by the same company. Contacted management to change the booking but only responded after I had already left. I would recommend avoiding this hotel. If you must stay here don’t pay for too many nights in advance to avoid disappointment.

Schöne Zimmer. Außergewöhnliche Fenster, in die man sich reinlegen kann und die Stadt beobachten kann.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. (Außerdem gibt es ein zweites Hotel, das genauso heißt und wiederholt zu Verwirrungen bei den Tuk-Tuk-Fahrern geführt hat.

Ausgewogenes Buffet, grosszügige Räume in Restaurant. Fitnesscenter perfekt ausgestattet mit Hammer/Lifefitness. Schönes Spa. In oberen Räumen schöne Aussicht.

Matress in the room. I ve broken 3 fingers of my feet because of the matress lied on the floor but with one inch space between matress and floor. Perfect to kill your foot and your holidays.

It was a very spacious, quiet, and pleasant room. It was a pleasant and friendly experience dealing with the customer care and reception.

All is good, except for the fact that the hotel should have installed or placed a mirror in the main room so that female guests, in our case, my wife, could use it to apply makeup. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with everything and I am very satisfied.
