The house did not seem like it had been reset to standard for new guests to arrive. Sheets were left on the couch, some trash in the yard, and other small items were left around the house, the pool was not cleaned upon arrival. No hot water was available for our 3 night stay. I sent a message to the host Friday night to let them know about the sheets and where I had put them. I did not receive a response, so I am grateful we had no major issues. The location to the woodlands and space was very nice. We enjoyed our stay but did not feel it was worth the cost.

Nice time at property in the Woodlands residential neighborhood. Quiet with lots of trees as you would hope in this area. Pool was clean upon arrival and house was clean and appropriately stocked with the basics. No issues or concerns toncontact owner about

Perfect home for bringing our kids and grandkids together for our family time. Enjoyed the pool, fishing at a nearby pond and playing on the playground just down the street! We’ll be back!

We had a Summer Celebration with 1st cousins who hadn't seen each other in years. The property was PERFECT 4 US!! The description & pictures of the property on tbe site, don't do the property justice. It was beyond amazing!! THANK YOU Amy for allowing us to celebrate & relax in your home!!

The stay was beautiful. The home was very clean and organized. We loved the pool and how close the location was to our activities in The Woodlands. I rate this listing a 10/10.

The size and rooms were all good to host my entire family from NY. Location of neighborhood was very nice and convenient to most. Our complaints would be over the pool not being cleaned and the pool company not showing up until we were packing up to leave property for check out. The managing company sent a skimmer net for us to use but with the storms from that week it was an uphill battle with leaves and branches. I would certainly request some form of refund or credit for this.

Wonderful stay for our daughter’s wedding in The Woodlands. Perfect house! Beautiful pool with soothing waterfall music. Just ideal! Host was lovely, always available, went above and beyond to get emergency repair man out for washing machine pronto. Highly recommend!

We had attended Lonestar Throwdown and needed a place with a good size driveway. Place was clean, hot tub was nice and relaxing, plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our stay.

This is a lovely, clean home. The beds were comfortable and the home had needed supplies. The spa was enjoyed by several family members. The neighborhood is quiet with a playground at the end of the block. T-Vs worked well and having one outside was very nice.

This place was perfect for our Texas renaissance festival stay. Perfect location 30 min drive to the festival which is not bad at all! Plenty of room to get ready with everyone in costume! Had an amazing time!

We had a wonderful stay while in town for a wedding. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Location was great and the communication was outstanding. Would definitely reccomend!

The house was great and the everything you wanted in your home away from home. The pool was perfect for family fellowship. The neighborhood park was perfect for grandchildren. The only negative was neighbors kept parking in front of house so hard to move cars around from driveway very rude since they could park in front of their home.

Location was very convenient and it had almost everything that we would have expected. There was no BBQ which was a down side but assuming there may be regulations in the area as a reason great pool and backyard

The pictures for this listing does not do the home justice. Upon check in I found the property to be cozy and super inviting. Everything that we needed was there and only a few minutes from great restaurants and the woodlands mall. I would definitely stay again!!
