We traveled with a family of three and we’re very comfortable. Highlights: -One block from the Capitol! -Beautifully decorated(the beds were comfortable). -All the amenities of home and more! Some extras that were so appreciated: -Ear plugs that were left by the bedside -Keurig machine -Really nice hotub(and very clean)! Kay was very responsive and helpful. She even allowed us to stay an extra day when we had to take a late flight. We will definetly be retuning next year at this time!

The property was in a great location. Close to the Delta center, right next to the state capital, Hiking nearby, and she has several excellent guidebooks available in her home. Absolutely perfect for our stay.

Our host Kay was wonderful. Very helpful and responsive. The location of the house was great. Walking distance to everything in Salt Lake City, and an easy drive to the ski resorts. The house was very clean and spacious for 4 people. The clean and well-maintained private hot tub was a nice treat after a long day on the slopes. Would come back anytime.

Such an attentive, communicative and kind host, and the apartment was beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Last minute, I decided to whisk my hubby away for the weekend for his Birthday. We live about 45 minutes from DownTown SLC. This place was practically perfect for what we were looking for. The Hot Tub was very secluded, but didn't have the view I was hoping for. The inside of the home was clean, very pleasant and relaxing. We spent the majority of the weekend there in the house. It was a very easy and short drive to get to downtown for his Birthday Dinner for one night. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this property!

Cute little place. It was clean and comfortable until bedtime. The rooms are conjoined and the bathroom is part of the bedroom. We didn’t know this. The door from the bedroom and the bathroom doesn’t close properly. Lots of ice on the way to and from the hot tub. The steps were completely ice. I would stay here with just me and my partner again but not with another couple.

We had a great time here, got engaged! We didn't use the hot tub however because there was a lot of hair floating around and dirt on the bottom. The house though was amazing!

My daughters and I had a great time! This house is in a great location. It's walking distance to the Capitol and great places to eat. We loved everything about the house, and the spa was awesome! The beds were very comfortable. We would defiantly stay here again!

Lezlee’s apartment was comfortable, well decorated, and with everything needed for an overnight stay. She was prompt and thorough with all communications. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening & she has extra special touches such as individually wrapped ear plugs & a sound machine for sleeping!

It was pretty good outside. Could’ve been cleaned up a little bit better.

House is charming, well stocked, host thoughtfully provided additional items above industry norm to include a white noise machine and ear plugs (which were not needed as the house is located on a quiet street). We would stay there again should we find ourselves in Salt Lake City again.

lovely for a quick stay with nice places to walk. Not sure if we were in a safe area but it certainly didn't concern us. Well done on all hospitality!

Nice place no complaints

My husband and I travel to Idaho every summer and we like stopping in Utah. This time we decided to extend our stay and tour some of the sights in Salt Lake City. We loved the location. We were a short walk distance to the capital and to downtown Salt Lake City. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Karla and Kevin

The house was very clean and in a good location. The neighbors on the floor above us were a little noisy. My kids loved the hot tub!

Nice location and nice place

My fiance, our dog, and I had an incredible stay at this downtown spot. The standout feature was the magnificent hot tub, which was well-kept and provided a relaxing escape after a busy day of sightseeing. The accommodation was spotless and very accessible, and its location was unbeatable - close to all the best parks, restaurants (make sure to try Arlo!) and attractions, and a short walk from Capitol Hill. We especially loved taking walks to the nearby Memory Grove Park with our dog. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a luxurious, comfortable, and spotless stay in the city.

This is a great nightly rental! It is close to so many things! You would never guess from the outside of the property that the inside is so nice! It is an older property, but remodeled very nicely on the inside! The host literally thought of everything! Very convenient and comforatable! The only downside was that their was someone staying above us or they had a dog and I could hear them walking around allllll night!! ( I figured it had to be a dog because of the constant pacing) The older wood floors creak and it was really obnoxious. My only other complaint was the driveway. It is barely big enough for 2 cars and I was instrcted to leave room for 3. I'm glad only one other place was occupied because it would have been difficult to park 3 cars there. The driveway is really steep and when backing out it is on to a busy street. It is a little treacherous! The driveway was also really steep and you have to walk up it to get to the front door. Luckily the host left a snow shovel and some ice melt because it snowed the night I stayed. Very comforatable, cozy, well done home and the hot tub is amazing!!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable beds. Fenced yard is a plus. Hot tub was a treat. Walking distance to Capital building. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with my 3 young daughters and it was such a fun time! My girls and I went shopping at City Creek shopping mall and it was a 3 minute drive from the rental. There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved the hot tub! The hosts were very friendly and fast at responding if we had any questions. We will definitely be back, highly recommend!

This was one of the best rentals I've stayed at! It was in the perfect location downtown and was in walking distance to the Capitol. We took our dog for a walk through the Capitol and to Memory Grove Park which was less than 10 minute walk from the rental, it was beautiful! The rental itself was very clean. You could tell the owners really care to make your stay enjoyable. They even left out chocolates on the bedside which my wife loved! The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy for us to cook in. The best part of the stay was the PRIVATE hot tub! It was perfect on a snowy night. Don't wait, book this today!
