What a hidden gem! The service from the moment we arrived was impeccable. Such a kind and friendly staff. We felt so welcomed. They let us have a very late dinner. Food and drinks - incredible! And of course, the design is out of this world. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was not too sure about it, so I only booked one night! After staying there, we de used to extend our time here. It is very convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming, and beds are super comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar! Andar, our bartender was great! The front office suggested we go try Las tias restaurant for lunch! We did, and we were super satisfied! Strongly recommend this place!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Excellent employees. We purchased breakfast while there and it was delicious. Clean, comfortable rooms with fast wifi.

Mal servicio, la zona esta horrible ... me saltaron. El aire no servía, lo reporte y no les importó. El cuarto estaba ardiendo. La regadera nunca salió agua caliente, la respuesta fue lo sentimos mucho. Ni preocupados estuvieron. No lo recomiendo nada

It was a nice little hotel. The rooms were kept up and modern. Breakfast was just fine.

It was a great experience, the staff went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Came in to a beautiful room and a tray of fresh fruit was waiting for us. Along with two large bottles of water. The restaurant at the hotel was the best and freshest food. They have a farm to fork approach for all their food! Will definitely stay again!

Tbey provided me with everything like coffee, water, etc. It also has an elevator. The place was a bit hard to find because the address number didn't match. Overall i had a pleasant stay.

The GOOD: Excellent service, for instance compensating us with complimentary breakfasts (normally not included) because the elevator didn't work and our room was up 2 flights of stairs. Also provided transportation at 5:45 AM to the airport. Efficient housekeeping. Very good food but not inexpensive. Short walk to other restaurants. All personnel very nice including the manager who spoke to us in person about the elevator. In-room coffee maker a plus. Computer nook with power. The WiFi worked very well. The BAD (nothing major): The stair climb -- but not a big issue. On a busy narrow street but the room was above the noise. No washcloths, just one hand towel. Seems to be the usual thing in Mexico. No light above the bathroom mirror. Shower water leaks under wall into main room. Reception notified.

It's a brand new design hotel and the interior is just amazing! Hotel staff is really friendly and the manager took some time to talk to us personally. Definitely recommend staying here.
