The houses house is located in a small street, set in a nice garden.
The owner was nice and the dog was lovely. Its nothing exceptional but nice enough for couple of nights
The water was not hot, just I’d say room temperature, which made a very quick shower in the morning and at night as the temperatures in San Juan are low those times.

Le jardin superbe. La propreté des lieux, la gentillesse de la famille, la cuisine accessible bien grande ...
J'ai reçu aussi des serviettes propres pour chaque jour ...
Tout était bien, peut-être rajouter un petit meuble de rangement dans la chambre

The garden setting. The size of the room was just adequate fir a solo traveler. Wifi was strong.
I ordered breakfast on the first day. It was as I ordered, so after breakfast I ordered the same and paid the same as I had an early departure on the second morning. The second breakfast was not what I ordered and no where near the value I paid. It left a sour taste in my mouth, so to speak.

Tout est parfait, vous pouvez profiter de ce séjour pour en apprendre plus sur le pays. Bien plus qu’un logement, c’est un vrai moment convivial et de partage avec Juan et sa famille. La maison est canon et les équipements au top, allez-y les yeux fermés (de loin le meilleur logement de tout le pays) ! En plus San Juan c’est super beau ! Merci à Juan et sa famille

This place felt like coming home! Especially after you have just partied at the lake or Antigua and want to take a chill couple of days, this is your best option. Great beds, WiFi is good and more importantly, the owner (and his dog!) are super friendly and kind. Showers were hot and had good pressure (not always common on the lake)

The guesthouse is well located, a 5 minute walk to all of the main sights and restaurants in San Juan. the host Juan is excellent and made sure that I had all of the information I needed to get around San Juan and to visit the other villages on the lake. The room and the shared bathroom were both clean and the location is very tranquil and quiet at night.

The host was super awesome!  it’s also off the main roads so it’s nice and quiet. They also have a super friendly dog you should say hello to.
 Just be careful of entering the bathroom and showers next to the accommodation because the door is short and you might hit your head

I had a great stay. Short but very comfortable. I slept very well, the bed is good, the garden is very silent at night. Juan is a great host, always asking what he can do to help. And Roko is a great dog :-)

Sandra and Juan were amazing guests, I got very sick while I was traveling and while staying with them they took good care of me. The whole family was amazing with me! The location is perfect to go everywhere by walk. The garden is beautiful to stay and relax. I recomand!

Spacious beds if you travel alone. They give you towels and extra blankets for chilly nights. There’s no real reception but I had no problems with that.
One of the towels had stains on it.

Super friendly host! He helped me figuring out how to get to my next destination, which I couldn’t find anything about online and other people I asked had no idea.
The room where very clean and the bed comfortable. It was quiet during night and I slept so good.
There’s also a small cozy garden you can chill in if you’d like.
would definitely stay there again!

good location, extremely clean, personable friendly owners, good value, mattress comfortable, quiet
hard for the tuk tuk driver to find it when I arrived; beds only have a bottom sheet; bathroom was not in the bedroom and is shared by a couple of guest rooms, and it is at the top of a set of 3-4 steps
