Cute house. Bunk bed is high and ladder is hard to use for older kids.

Nice property. Dog loved it but the fenced side yard got very muddy. Kitchen very well stocked. Nice to have access to the garage for our car.

Perfect location in the middle of everything. Excellent accommodations for me, my wife and our dog. The master bedroom bed is awesome! The outdoor front porch is great for a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect location for biking and walking. We only drove one day when it rained to get to the Museum. It's a nice walk or bike ride otherwise. We could bike or walk to everything in town, even a grocery store. Great restaurants and just a few blocks away, Yeyo's, The Meteor Cafe, Blu Fish House, and Wright's BBQ are a few of our favorites. Great neighborhood and neighbor.

We booked from Louisiana to see our son that lives in Bentonville. The house was clean and had everything you would need. We brought our small dog and it had a fenced in side yard. There is alot of construction around the town but lots of nearby restaurants and of course Wal-Mart's. The host was very easy to get in touch with and extremly pleasant to work with. The beds are super comforable and we loved all of the maps of Bentonville and surrounding areas. We will defintely rent again for our next trip! This time we will bring our bikes!

Nice place, close to downtown area

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were clean and just as the host described. It was convenient to all of our extended family’s homes. Would definitely recommend these accommodations to anyone and would stay again.

This was the perfect place for us & our dogs for a quick weekend getaway. The location is amazing! Lots of great dog friendly options just a short walk away. We loved Airship Coffee, Delta Biscuits & the 8th Street Market all just a short walk w/ the dogs. The house was clean and comfortable. It has a small yard for the dogs, we didn’t use it but it’s a great bonus if a fenced area is needed. I highly recommend & will stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Great area, growth everywhere. A little updates would be great..

It’s a cozy little home with a garage to keep our bikes and easy walking distance to restaurants and bike shops. It’s just the right size for a couple or someone with a small family. This will be our first choice if it is available next time we’re in Bentonville.

This house was perfect for our stay. The location could not be better. The house was exactly as described. It had everything we could need and the beds were very comfortable. Loved that it was dog friendly with a safely fenced in back yard. The house is central to everything we wanted to do, and is within walking distance to the town square and tons of restaurants. Cannot wait to go back.

We enjoyed ourselves in Bentonville. We came to see a concert, but stayed some extra days to explore the area. This property was perfect for us. It is in walking distance to many of Bentonville’s highlights. The Momentary is a half a block away. The neighborhood is busy. The property was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the grill and the laundry. The bedrooms were comfortable. I would gladly stay again.

Had a wonderful time in Bentonville and this clean, safe, comfortable and accommodating bungalow enhanced our trip! Walked to coffee shops, breweries, town square, shopping and free museums all from this location! Like Italian food-must go to Tavola Trattoria! Would highly recommend and would 100% stay here again!

We loved the biking maps of the local trails on the walls in the house. It's an older house, but met our needs. We chose it because it was pet friendly and had a fenced in yard. Nothing fancy but good location close to downtown. An easy ride to the start of All American near Wrights BBQ. Property Manager gave us an extra hour when we went to get breakfast on our final day and it took longer than expected. We had already cleaned up but had left our dog behind. We were very grateful for that.

Great place for 2-4 people who are there for biking or just enjoying downtown easy ride to slaughter pen trailhead

This house is an amazing location for bikers or anyone wanting to experience downtown Bentonville at a reasonable price. The Meteor cafe is right down the road and we enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails there. We loved the trail maps throughout the house and that we could store our bikes in the garage when not riding. The house is also very dog friendly! There was a lovey doggy welcome basket and our pups loved having a doggy door to let themselves out back. My only recommendation would be to put a Roku or SmartTV in the bedroom - there is a TV but no way to really use it since it didn’t have cable or internet. But overall, it was definitely a 5 star rating and we would love to stay here in the future. Thank you!

I loved the house. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Good WiFi. I loved the trail maps in some of the rooms. The garage has a bike rack with multiple outlets to plug in an e-bike. Great location that is close to downtown and multiple restaurants. Would stay here again on my next trip.

We were traveling and was able to stay in Bentonville. The VRBO and property manager was very accommodating. The property was convenient to downtown and surrounding cities for shopping and restaurants. Despite the construction, the home was more than enough for the family and having a back yard for the dogs was an added perk. Would definitely consider stay there again, if in the area.

Had to spend a couple of weeks working in Bentonville. Great location! Definitely recommend!

Everything was nice and clean. It was in town but nice. Reservations, check in and check out were all easy. Clean and modernized older house. Advertisement was accurate. We would stay there again. I asked a question a couple days before arriving and it was answered quickly. Never had to meet anyone — all was arranged on line quickly.

Get location!

The property was close to town and greenway which led to many trails. It was a quick walk into town for lunch or dinner. The host was great to respond and contact us as needed to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great visit to Bentonville.

This house is the perfect place to call home. I spent 3+ weeks here with my pups while remodeling my home and I loved every minute!
