Our family of 19 people, ranging from the ages of 5-60+ had a wonderful experience staying at this home.
There was so much space and activities to keep the children and adults busy. We especially enjoyed the outdoor swim pool, as it was so hot during our stay in Tennessee. With the size of this home you never felt like it was crowded in any of the common areas.
Our grandchildren were up first thing in the morning playing the arcade games and ended their evenings in the theatre room.
The home was exceptionally clean. We would highly recommend this home to rent for your next family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! We had 12 adults and 12 children ages 1-16. The house was very adequate for our group. Each day families left to enjoy sites in the area or to go hiking and we gathered together in the evenings for swimming and games. The property was very clean. The listing is 100% accurate. We had only a few questions and they were promptly answered via email shortly after we sent our email. Thank you!

This place was perfect- we had 4 families stay here- 17 people total. Ages between 73 -10. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well supplied. The game room was AWESOME- and it was the CLEANEST VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. It’s the perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

We have a large range of grandchildren - from 1- 19 years old. There were things to entertain all of them ... From the game room, the indoor swimming pool, outdoor swim spa, outdoor hot tub, and theater room ... this place had it all. With all the multiple levels and bathrooms, each family had their own spot. the main level was ideal for cooking and feeding the whole crew! Would highly recommend it. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Many things to do in the area and a wide variety to fit everyone's interests.

Check in was super easy. We had 8 kids and 8 adults. There was so much to do. The game room was a big hit with the adults and the kids. The indoor pool was great. There was an issue with the air conditioner but I emailed the owners and someone was sent right out to fix it. The location was perfect for us, very close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is close to the main road.

Grand Mountain Splash was the perfect getaway for our family. We almost didn't need to leave the house because the house is loaded with fun things. The host is incredible and quickly responded to any questions we had.
Our only gripe is that we did not expect the house to be so close to the road. We were expecting more mounrain views. Other than that, we would highly recommend this house for a family getaway!

This place was great for our group of 16. Your close enough to town so that is not a huge inconvenience but far enough away so your not bothered by the madness of pigeon forge or gatlinburg. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was great and the kids loved swimming. The upstairs game room was perfect for everyone. Lots of games to play and lots of seating for cards or large group games. The kitchen was well equipped with all the dishes we needed.
Thanks for making our trip one to remember.

I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a large group. It was everything we hoped for and more, very clean, very spacious, plenty to do for everyone!! The kids absolutely loved the pool and game room, the adults loved the outside fire place on the deck, the theater room was awesome and the master bedroom shower!!!! Wow!!! It was absolutely beautiful, the whole place was and there was plenty of room for the whole family and we had 10 people in our group. Will definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely LOVED the house. So much to do without leaving the home. Kids had such a great time. Pool, hot tub, theater room, and game room. You couldn’t ask for anything more to help entertain kids of all ages. Plenty of other things to do close by. White water rafting, golfing, go carts, aquarium, shopping, and much more. Definitely a trip my family will remember for a long time.

The cabin is very spacious and has a lot of great amenities. Starter supplies that were listed in the dest and check in info were not all there and the movie theater could only be accessed through the pool. Beautiful home with lots of character!

Our family just spent 6 nights at Grand Mountain Splash and we had a blast! We ranged from 80 years old to 1 years old and there was something to do for everyone! The upstairs game room and oversized jacuzzi were big hits! We would stay again.

Everything about this cabin was beautiful. Everyone in my group loved it. The only issue is that it’s on a hill so be prepared to park on a steep hill. Otherwise, it’s an amazing cabin. The owners have done a great job. I’d recommend it to anyone. There’s so much room bc the cabin is huge. Expensive but worth it.

We had a wonderful time at your property! Everything from booking to checking in and checkout was a breeze! The pool and hot tub were perfect, and used ALOT! Also the theater room and game room ! Everything was very cozy! A lot of memories were made! We will definitely be back!

The cabin was perfect for our large group with ages ranging from 9 - 50! Plenty for everyone to do. The pool, theatre room, and game room were perfect for the kids on the chilly days, and the outdoor deck with fireplace was a great hangout for the adults!
