Out side city, rooms are as shown.. My room 305.. no hot water, called staff, started giving Electric shock.. in water touch. So what to say. Booking . Com charged Rs 100 for Breakfast but hotel has no kichen. . Manager not ready to deduct this Rs 100 from invoice. Management trying to improve, but these apps?

Room 305,geyser water electric shock,to me and staff touching water. No kitchen but Booking . Com says it's included with room rent as. per invoice and breakup. E mailed Booking app but no positive reply about money charges for breakfast. This is outside area.

It was not cleaned properly and was very dusty. I couldn't sleep properly because i got cold and sick. It was mentioned that breakfast was included, but they said the kitchen is under work, hence i had to order from outside.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. delicious food, staff was very cooperative, also bar and restaurant was very amazing

beautiful hotel in the area..... We stayed here for wedding purpose i really like the front office staff ..... The decoration was very beautiful...The reception staff was very good specially misss Tripta food okay okay but really nice stay

Nice place to stay Overall service was good. from housekeeping is doing wonderful job and also rooms were very cleaned and sanitized, furnitures were ap so well polished and maintained.

One of the best hotel all staffs are courteous and excellent specially housekeeping Room is neat and clean, they made excellent is great, really enjoyed during our stay
