We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so utterly clean and had everything we needed. We really relaxed and had a wonderful time. Kelly was helpful with so many suggestions and recommendations. We highly recommend this home. 5 stars and beyond!!!

Very comfortable and top quality accommodations. We enjoyed the area, beautiful sunrise with my coffee on the front porch. We are searching for property in the area and this stay helped convince us of that this area could be for us. One minor detail, was that several of the coffee creamers were bad. Thouroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This charming beach home met my expectations. It is obvious that it is well taken care off. Check in and check out were simple and the hostess is very responsive to your needs. My dog joined me for this trip and Teddy enjoyed the trip as much as I did. It is a great location for pets and the neighborhood is very pet friendly.

We enjoyed our visit to this well appointed and decorated home in Colonial Beach. We loved the views of the river and bay, the games and arcade games, light filled spaces and comfortable home. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway.

Very nice house. Very well maintained. Host is easily reachable and accommodating. Just FYI The beach area next to the house has a sign saying no dogs allowed on the beach. “Dockside Tiki Bar” just a quick walk down the street are very Fido friendly and they have a very nice beach area with picnic tables, good food and drinks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fletcher’s Cove. The owners offer a clean home with plenty of space and is in a great location to walk to a clean and quiet area of the beach. There is plenty of space upstairs for dining, downstairs in the gaming area, and on the patio and decks. There are plenty of games to entertain the family, a beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, toiletries in each bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. We will definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Colonial Beach making day trips to Historic Williamsburg, Mount Vernon and Annapolis. The house was beautiful and clean. Our kids loved the game room! The only disappointment was that our kids could not swim in the beach because there were so man Jellyfish.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Incredibly kind host made us feel very welcome our entire stay. The house is beautiful, great layout, and immaculately clean. The views are really nice and make the house feel warm, sunny and relaxing even when the weather is bad. Plus, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are super-comfy. Cannot say enough good things!!
