From our first meeting Giovanni we new he would be a good host. We were a family of 16…9 adults & 7 children & the property was very accommodating. We all had a wonderful time at this special villa with beautiful decor. It is a fantastic house with lots of space so we were not on top of each other. The kitchen is very well equipped with plates , glasses & fridges etc. The children/adults had a great time at the pool which was always clean. Plenty of space to sun bathe. It was lovely sitting on the large veranda in the evening having dinner as the view over the mountains, village & sea in the distance was spectacular. It was close to the beaches which was a bonus (10 mins) & also the water park where all the wee kids & big kids had a great time. We felt safe as the villa has a good security system. Giovanni was an excellent host available at all times. We had a problem with our camper van & he helped get it sorted which we could not have done without his help. He spent half a day with my husband getting the necessary parts &helping to repair it. Nothing was a problem to him. On our last night Giovanni organised for Barcelona chef , Betsy to cook for us. She was brilliant & the food was delicious. Definitely recommend this. Highly recommend this villa. Thank you Giovanni for being the best host, we hope to return in the future.

the property is amazing for a large group like ours with different ages. the pool is beautiful and the kids loved swimming and playing in it. The owner is terrific and his wife is a chef and she catered 2 meals for us that were delicious. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of differnt plates etc for a large group. Definitely can recommend this house.

From the moment you walked into the property you know that this was special from the unbelievable kindness of the owner to the standard of accommodation on offer. We met Giovanni on arrival who was great in his explanation of the property and the area, he also helped us with taxis and booking restaurants. When ever we needed help we WhatsApp him and he answered almost immediately. The property was very spacious and contained all that one would want for a large group. The swimming pool is safe and outstanding as is the spar alongside. I will remember for a long time the outstanding views from the balcony whilst drinking my coffee in the morning or my glass of wine at night. Thank you Giovanni for making our holiday special

The Villa is excellent and the position/view is stunning located on a hill. The local area in Argentona is in walking distance and has some very nice restaurants. We had hire cars or used taxis to go further afield. Giovanni was a fantastic host and was always on hand for advice and tips whether that was deciding on activities, choosing a restaurant or booking a taxi. Couldn't have been more helpful (and thanks for arranging the paella😊) All in all we really enjoyed our stay very much.

Myself and friends rented this amazing villa off the owner for 5 nights. We arrived at around 12:30am and Gio still stayed up for us and showed us around and was so welcoming. The house is amazing with everything you could ever need. Cleanliness is good, all amenities you’d ever need and plenty of space for relaxing. The house is on a steep hill, so walking could get tough for people not used to it or if not you can rent a car which is cheap with plenty of parking outside the villa. The positive for the house being on the hill is the views, they are amazing! From most bedrooms you wake upto the sunshine beaming in 🙌 The local town is a 10 minute walk which is lovely! Gio was the best, whenever we needed something or to help us order some taxi’s… he was there, best host I’ve had in a long time. On our last night Gio organised a private chef to come to our villa and cook for us. This was the best decision we made, she was amazing and the food was delicious! If you get the chance to do this… ITS A MUST!! Thank you Giovanni for the best time and we would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in Barcelona, The property was very accommodating for our large family. Giovanni was very welcoming and friendly. The landscape and View from the property was amazing, We also got a pleasant treat from Giovanni. I had rented this home with my whole family to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. What a lovely time we had! The house is well equipped with everything you could think of and has an abundance of wonderful outdoor space. Our host Giovanni was a fantastic . He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of magical!

Giovanni was a great host of a special place from start to finish. The house has a commanding view, lots of space, and a well maintained pool. Great outdoor patios including one sheltered from the summer sun. Well equipped kitchen. Easy train or driving access to Barcelona, easier access to local beaches. Great security, maybe over the top in a safe neighborhood. Good efforts at safety features and comfort for toddlers. I hosted a very successful, big family vacation here (three generations) and recommend Giovanni’s place without reservation.

We had a great holiday in this villa where we had everything we needed. lots of space, all facilities are present, the pool is very nice. Very clean villa, with lots of privacy for both barbecues and the pool. You feel safe with the alarm system and the parking is also secure. The villa is very well located in a super quiet area, between Girona and Barcelona, with lots of possible activities! A big thank you to Giovanni for his welcome and his availability during the stay. We will be back for sure!

we have spent a fantastic journey with my family and friends. the standing of The house was top and located just as we hoped. You have everything near the house : beach, wood, shopping, barcelona etc... Also special thank to giovanni the owner of the house, always available when need and so nice with us from the first to the last day. I really recommend this house from all points and INTIMITY IS GUARANTED.

We stayed 3 nights in this very beautiful house located in a peacefull area with beautiful views over a pine trees forest , and the sea in the the background. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is very practical, the garden and the swimming pool are absolutely beautiful, and the BBQ area is very warm. Giovanni is a very pleasant man, always ready to help you if necessary, and he gave us a warm welcome. Thank's to him! We're looking forward renting his house again

We booked our holiday for my partners 40th in Jan 2020 before the Covid Pandemic and this put a lot of uncertainty around the trip! Giovanni was an excellent host and provided excellent communication over the following months including offering us options to rearrange over and above what HomeAway were able to offer if we were unable to travel and even offering us free additional rooms in other neighbouring properties when Spanish rules changed to only allow groups of 10 people. The Villa was immaculate and professionally cleaned to ensure our stay would be safe during the pandemic. Our travels outside the villa always felt safe as everyone was wearing face coverings at all times and there are plenty of options for eating/drinking outdoors in Barcelona. If you are nervous about travelling during this time, I would say this is probably one of the safest options you could choose. The Villa itself is fantastic with amazing views. You could happily spend a week here cooking BBQs, sunbathing and swimming in the pool and enjoying the views and enjoying some hilly walks without even going into Barcelona if you wanted to be risk adverse during this time. Thanks again to Giovanni for making our stay so comfortable. A+

This villa is good for Family or Group to stay due to its location and view. Villa manager is so good and he is always at your help for any inforamtion about your trip and also for local shopping. He has got extensive knowledge of the local area and Barcelona city.I strongly recommend for anybody whether a small group or big group to opt to stay at this Villa.

Great house for large groups. We were 23( 13 adults and 10 children) and everybody liked it. Even if we stayed in November, it was a great place to stay. We went by train to Barcelona and enjoyed evening in house. We had the pleasure to have a chief for dinner who cooked for us a nice paella. I highly recommand Giovanni.

We were a party of eight lads on our annual lads holiday... Was an amazing villa with great views.. Its high up in the hills so you defo need a car.... We had 2... Not a lot in the local village but highly recommend calella which is a 15 min drive.

The pool was really clean and cool perfect for the 14 of us that spent a lot of time in it! The kitchen was brilliantly stocked and plenty of eating areas - we used the bbq a lot too. Watching the sun rise on the front balcony quickly became a daily favourite. Giovanni could not have been more helpful and responsive to requests. Also so easy to get to Barcelona, Girona and great local beaches

Very good value for thing you get. Good location for Barcelona visitors. Some minus there can be a little bit hot 😢

1st time staying in a home rather than a hotel. Took some time getting used to it. Giovanni made us feel at home and was very friendly and gave us lots of info in regards to food, sites and entertainment. Thank you!!

With eleven of us plus the baby, we all had a wonderful time. The location was convenient to the train station, driving north into the country and along the shore, the home was lovely and your hospitality was truly appreciated. The house and pool were very clean, the appliances, etc. were all excellent. Thank you, Giovanni for being so accommodating and providing us with suggestions for the beach, restaurants, great bakery and wine/tapas store! It was a pleasure to have met you. 5 stars Beautiful spacious villa to stay in Argentona, Barcelona A group of 14 of us stayed at the end of May and here’s our review:  ·         Giovanni is a great host and he is super helpful with any requests.  He helped to book taxis for us, left a food hamper for our arrival which was very handy having kids etc so we had something to eat on our arrival.  It was a big birthday for me so I arrived at the villa and received a bunch of flowers which was a great touch.  Thank you Giovanni. ·         Also, Giovanni organised for a chef to cook at the villa for one of the evenings and I would really recommend it as the food was just amazing! ·         The villa is very spacious and even though there were 14 of us we didn’t feel like it was cramped as it has a lot of levels and areas to chill out in. ·         BBQ area is great for families to eat/drink. ·         The views are stunning and it’s nice and quiet if you want to just relax. ·         We made great use of the pool even though it was cold but weather was so hot which made it nicer to have a swim. ·         The following were provided so very helpful for families:  towels, hair dryer, iron and board, plenty of cutlery, dinner sets, glasses etc in kitchen. ·         It is a steep climb to get into the villa but Giovanni helped with the bags so wasn’t an issue. ·         The bedrooms are all very spacious with most of them having an en-suite. ·         Amazing villa to stay and a great host.
