Чистая постель и сама комната. Нам подошло месторасположение и наличие парковки было очень кстати. Для молодых людей место супер, так как стена к стене Диско-бар, но все безопасно, так как везде электронные ключи. Это просто не подошло мне, я не хожу в такие бары.

Как и писали в отзывах, очень шумно ночью из-за Диско-бара, реально нужно класть подушку на уши. Окна в комнате есть, но они не выходят в помещение. И наше поселение было длинным. Что я имею ввиду? Вы регистрируетесь и Вам говорят "Погуляйте немного пока подготовят комнату". И это "немного" не длится 5-10 минут, это полчаса и дольше.

The property is located at the center of many activities. It is between the old San Juan and New San Juan which was really convenient for movement.

- The room did not come with a darkening blind. The door leading to the balcony has a glass setup which made the sunlight flash directly into the room. - Facilities are distributed all over the place in different buildings - The dollar value is not worth the room (may be because I went during the festival period and prices where high) - the floors seemed uncompleted, no hot water

Facilities are in separate making it difficult to remember what is where. Room in one buildings, reception in another, customer lounge lobby in another. The location is isolated feels unsafe, with strangers hanging out at the corners.

I was stranded overnight in Puerto Rico after several hours stuck in an airport due to flight delays. The airline would not help me arrange for overnight accommodations until my rescheduled flight the next morning. I was tired, frustrated and after calling four hotels I secured a last-minute reservation at Urbana. The staff at Urbana was excellent and professional, on the phone and in-person. They made sure I got to my room and everything was ready for me. Check-out the next morning was a breeze!

The secondary lock on the door didn’t work.

the staff was extremely nice and very accommodating and the room itself is clean

next to a club so it was very loud and the people that stayed were loud as well this is more for a younger crowd looking for somewhere to stay after a night out

I loved that the property was so close the beach and a quick drive away from sight-seeing and restaurants.
