Wonderful Hotel and perfect room! Helpful and friendly staff , also full access for wheelchairs that we got during the stay. ( son broke leg before arrival).

Номера "уставшие". Рядом с номером друзей *318" дыра в потолке, из нее капала вода в грязное ведро. Заказывали отель с завтраком .обедом и ужином .всего на 3 ночи. Оплатили через букинг всю сумму сразу. По приезду нам сообщили что "что то не так" и номер якобы должен быть только для одного человека ( а мы заказали 2 номера на 4х человек) .После выяснений , нам сообщили ,что в таком случае завтракать обедать и ужинать могут только 2 человека. ))) ну а кто из нас будет ходить голодный видимо решать мы должны были между собой. После очередного разбирательства на рецепшен ,нам пообещали уладить проблему.. но ее никто и не собирался решать. вместо этого с нас потребовали еще 120 евро(( .Заказ на проживание был четко сделан как положено. Уж кто там накосячил .букинг или отель ,мы не знаем. В переписке с отелем до приезда, нам потвердили все то ,что мы заказывали. На месте все оказалось иначе. . .Может это нам не повезло?. А может практика такая?. МЫ не хотим под этим отзывом читать "рецензию"от менеджера о сожалениях нам не надо .Да! Если кто рассчитывает на тихие ночи и утро,тот будет неприятно разочарован. Шум .хлопанье дверей кажется длятся бесконечно. Обратимся в поддержку букинг. ОТЕЛЬ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ! ПС. менеджер дал ответ. я заказал 2 номера на 4 чел. после оплаты 800 евро за 3 ночи я увидел что отель мне прислал что в каждом из номеров будет ОДИН человек. я хотел немедленно снять бронь,но сначала связался с отелем .ОНИ ПОТВЕРДИЛИ ЧТО ЭТО ДЛЯ Четырех человек!! а сейчас менеждер ВРЕТ ,просто обманывает .вводит в заблуждение людей. Extremely small rooms, to the point that you cannot move around bed. Dirty bathroom.

Clean and spacious rooms, AC works perfectly, nice view, very clean bathroom and towels&bed sheets changed regularly.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool is massive! The bar staff were really nice and accomodated us and the kids when it was late for dinner at the restaurant. Location is very centric and a really close to the beach.

The lady at the front desk at night (around 8pm) was not nice at all and very patronizing. I was too tired to say anything, but she was rude to me and gave wrong information to us and also to other clients that were there. She was also not very helpful to others.

Абсолютно топовый отель за свои деньги! Свежий ремонт, в номере все есть. Для ночевки недалеко от аэропорта, деловой поездки - невероятная находка среди прочего колхоза в городе.

Немного не хватает места в столовой для завтраков. Когда с утра много людей, сесть негде. Хотя завтрак разнообразный и также оставляет замечательное впечатление за эти деньги.

The bed for the baby was very comfortable and clean. The room was enought large the breakfast was very nice.

Shower can be bigger

The room was small but comfy and clean. You get espresso capsules, tea bags, sugar and a liter of bottled water for free every day. Good air conditioning, and good beds. Good gym. Breakfast was average, there were not so many fruits, but freshly squeezed orange juice was good. A bit far from the town, but there is a nice Beach Kastella near and Supermarket.

Customer service could have been better. Very polite cleaning staff. Half board is not worth it. There are many nice restaurants.

The breakfast was sufficient for all needs. The neighborhood is a bit disappointing, but the proximity to the beach and the airport makes up for everything.

Everything in the hotel was adequate.

The heated pool was an absolute bonus! Our 3years old enjoyed it very much! Great breakfast, busy at mornings but the tables turn quickly. We would definitely return to this hotel!

We got the disabled bedroom, which we were not told about first, but then my son loved the bigger space so we ended up keeping it. I missed the proper shower though.

Разположението на хотела е страхотно, между два големи плажа, близо до крайморската алея за бягане или разходка и на около 25 минути до основната спирка на автобусите ако решите да вземате автобус до основните градове на острова.

Вечерята би могла да бъде по-добра, рибата която беше само готвена, беше замразена. Останалите ястия без месо /аз и жена ми не ядем месо, без риба де/ бяха много добри. Тоест има какво да се хапне, но разликата между закуска и вечеря е огромна, в полза на закуската.

Breakfasts were excellent. Wide variety of choices and the omelette/crepe service was well appreciated. We stayed at the Larco last year and it was gratifying to find (all) the staff as helpful and friendly as before. Another thing that had been kept at a high standard was the incredible cleanliness throughout the whole building. I hope we’ll be back next year.

One small niggle - on our second day I reported the faulty light on our balcony (room 410) As far as I can tell this issue was not looked at before our week’s stay was up which was a shame.

Location to the airport.

The mattresses are stained, the duvets weren’t covered. They were old and pilling. The gym wasn’t open until 10am. The AC wasn’t great.

Very tasty orange juice and awesome fresh-made omelets! Rooms and building are clean. Haven't got any issues with parking.

Noises. Cleaning starting from 8am. Very loud and heavy doors which can be closed only by pulling them strongly (one-sided handle, from inside only), which creates unnecessary noices. Wasn't able to sleep enough. I've seen cockroach at the pool, fortunately, only outside, not inside of the building.

Breakfast was rich and tasty!

5 Euro room service fees

We stayed here after a really late flight into Laranaca. It was close to the airport in a kind of industrial area. We only stayed one night as headed north the next day. Breakfast was good, room very clean. We were woken up several times by either noise from other guests or the fire alarm/some alarm. Would stay again if flying in late again.

Very noisy, area isn’t that great for a longer stay.

The room was clean ,the beds were comfortable , it had everything we needed for our short stay.The receptionists were polite.They offered us each 1 free drink upon arrival-nice gesture.

The room,bathroom ,balcony were a bit small.The soundproofing is not good ....Not much parking space around .Breakfast was ok , not great for a 4 star hotel and breakfast room could also be a bit more cosy...

Breakfast was varied and was generally of good quality. Building is new. Staff was nice.

My main problem was that the fridge was not on when I arrived in my room. After I turned it on, it spread bad smell in my room so I had to sleep with open windows. There was no water in the room - I guess that is why there is a free drink voucher for the buffet at arrival? The private parking is very limited, only 3 cars. It is street parking for the rest of the guests, which was misleading in the hotel’s page ( but as the hotel is relatively far outside of the center, finding a space was no issue). The hours of gym and sauna is relatively short ( only between 10 am and 7 pm) and could be longer - the need for pre booking it sounds unnecessary.

Location was nice, everything was quite close. Cleanliness was good enough. Beautiful room, small balcony, great breakfast.

Bathroom had a bit of sewage smell. Towels weren't really fresh.

although shows to be 2.8km from airport, it’s a 15 min drive and costs around 20euro. staff not that attentive and although a taxi had been requested, at 5.45 it hadn’t arrived and when it did, it didn’t have a baby seat 🤦🏼‍♀️. although breakfast was plentiful, some of it was cold

Comfortable beds, good breakfast (especially the fresh orange juice), nice balcony, free drink voucher on arrival, good amenities (nespresso machine with unlimited pods). Good location -close to airport and Mackenzie beach. From the hotel it is a walk of 15 minutes along the coast to the fortress (and center) of Larnaca.

Too noisy - walls of the room are not soundproofed correctly. The shower area - refurbishing is necessary, it looks dirty. Also, we had the unpleasant surprise on check out. Transfer to the airport was arranged one day before (15eur), but the hotel driver was not available. Instead of that they ordered taxi for us and tell us to arrange the price directly with taxi driver. Small recommendation for the reception desk staff...if you have same situation in the future, please don't start conversation with sentence .... our driver can not come.... and it would be nice if you can arrange the same price with taxi driver.
