Lovely spacious property but description needs to include that the 3rd bathroom is an outside cabana bathroom that’s not air conditioned and outside shower.
Pool is lovely deck and seating are comfortable and inviting.
Need to ramp up some amenities
Such as bedside and or overhead lighting in bedrooms - a portable speaker and operable televisions.

We loved this little piece of heaven on earth! The pool and tiki area is where we spent most of our time! It was completely relaxing and tranquil! The owner was very informative and friendly and very easy to communicate with! We will definitely stay here again!

The photos do not do this home justice!! We were there in May to celebrate a birthday and the home and its location was just perfect. The home is very unique with the quirky pool, water fall, slide, canal and of course the well equipped Tiki Bar which really adds and extra level of fun.
The owners have spent a lot of money on the inside of the home and the outside and it really does show!!
We really did not want to leave, but are planning to return again soon.
The owners were super accommodating and responsive!

Four of us couples from different parts of the country met up in Cape Coral, staying at this property. Paul was responsive to all our needs, and we enjoyed talking to him the couple times he was at the house.
We were able to rent his pontoon for the day, which was our best day. The neighborhood was great for our morning walks. We had fun hanging at the tiki bar too.
Only two downsides. 1) the Master bedroom has a bathroom, but the other four bedrooms basically share a bathroom, because the third bathroom is outside by the pool. You just need to know in advance that you might be running into each other in the middle of the night. 2) the kitchen trash can lid doesn't work unless you manually lift the lid.
We would stay here again.

What a great stay! We do a family trip each year and try to make our lodging better from year to year. Well, I don't think we are going to find a better place for our group. The house is nice and the decor is beautiful. The outside area is fantastic. From the tiki bar to the pool to the dock--all is beautiful and fun!
Good things: Ping pong table, bags game, heated pool, hot tub worked great, water slide was fun for kids, tiki bar with grill and fridge and sink, plenty of linens and beach towels, nice beach chairs and a wagon for hauling things to beach, kids fished off dock & caught fish, pack & play and high chair were like new. Location of house is very convenient.
I hope to return soon!

This property was perfect for hosting our large family for a family reunion. The owner even let us rent his boat during our stay- which was lovely!
The house was clean and comfortable.
The tiki bar was a fun place to have dinner together with the sunset and palm trees as a gorgeous backdrop. Thanks Paul!

This property is absolutely amazing! My family of ten adults spent three days there. The home is beautiful. The kitchen was so well appointed. It has absolutely everything you would need to entertain a group of that size. They have games for entertainment. The tiki bar was perfect. The entire outside area was great…plenty of furniture even for that big of a group. And the host was great! Very attentive to our needs. I would absolutely stay here again!

My sister is getting married, so we rented the house for a Bach Weekend. The house looked nice online, and it’s 10x better in person! Elegant, clean, modern. And the outdoor bar is really cute! Not cheesy at all.
There were plenty of bedrooms for us to spread out and have a quality stay as grown ass women.
Paul was so communicative and helpful. He assisted in letting us check in early too.
The weather was underwhelming when we were there, however, the house made the weekend worth it and contributed in a major way to our quality time together.

We were here to celebrate a family birthday. We had a marvelous time! The pool/tiki bar was great, the kitchen was very well stocked, the bedrooms were all very comfortable. We're already discussing returning next year. Paul was a terrific host!

We stayed with 2 other families for the long weekend. The pictures did make it seem bigger but we made it work. We loved the open concept of the kitchen/living room. Main downfalls is there was no common TV to watch football and no disposal in the kitchen which makes it challenging to cook. We loved the pool with the slide and hot tub. And it overlooked a pretty canal where we were able to dock our jet skis. The tiki hut was cute but could have been cleaned up a bit. Very convenient to have the outside fridge. The listing said 3 bathrooms, but it didn't specify one was off the pool and didn't have a shower. There was an outdoor shower but not the same as having 3 full bathrooms. Overall it was a great stay!

If your looking for a nice getaway with a great location in the fort myers area than look no further. The outdoor tiki and pool area is amazing. Everything we needed in the house was there and Paul was very helpful with any questions we had. The family and I will definitely be booking this property in the future again!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week with one other family. The home exceeded our expectations as it was perfect from start to finish! The home was super clean, completely updated and the pool area was top notch! We rented a boat for the week as well and the boat dock was perfect. All the linens and towels were included and the washer and dryer were a huge plus! If you are looking to book a home in the Cape Coral area I highly recommend this one. The house was amazing. Lots of room, well kept and very clean. Paul was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The Backyard is the stuff of dreams. The pool area is one of a kind and the kids loved it. Great place overall.

This was our second time staying here, this house is wonderful! Nicely designed, very clean, fantastic pool and spa. The check-in and out process is easy and we had no issues during our stay. The location is great too, a nice quiet neighborhood yet still close to amenities such as shopping and restaurants. We hope to visit again soon!

From booking to checkout, this home rental was great! We had a large crew with 3 couples and 2 singles which the house fit perfectly! The semi-circle driveway made parking 4 vehicles easy. The wide open kitchen & family room meant nobody left out of meal prep and made entertaining easy. The lanai with Tiki Hut/bar, pool, grotto with hot tub, slide and fountain also added to the "vacation" feel of home. Nice large dock on wide canal made catching catfish easy! The house was sufficiently stocked with all the essentials needed to cook full meals, linens & towels were of excellent quality. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Majestic, Paul was an excellent host and made sure all of our needs were met. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but is still close to good dining and shopping options.
The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens.
The best part is the backyard pool area and tiki hut, it was just amazing! From the waterfall to the spa, it was wonderful. I definitely recommend a stay here if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

We had an absolute blast at Villa Majestic. The kids (ages 4, 2 and babies) loved the pool. The water slide and grotto hot tub were a major hit!
The property is sparkling and clean! The adults loved watching the Masters out by the tiki hut!

Villa Majestic is even better than the pictures! Our family loved the back yard resort! No reason to leave and go anywhere else. We got so much rest and relaxation and everything you could possibly need is there. Top notch house, area, and local restaurants. We especially loved the Boathouse that is a very short drive away.

We booked this property back in the fall, still unsure about what Covid would bring. We celebrated my mom‘s 75th birthday here with the teen/adult grandchildren. We chose this property because of the beautiful outdoor gathering areas.
Check-in and out procedures were incredibly easy and the property was PRISTINE! The beds were comfortable and the house came with plenty of linens along with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking (pots/pans/spices, etc).
The location was great. It was very quiet and peaceful. There is a public beach three minutes away, with plenty of free parking.
We felt like we spent a week on a tropical island! Renee was a fantastic host! We would definitely love to come back!

This property was gorgeous and well equipped. Corn hole and games were a plus. Thanks to previous renters for leaving some beach toys, floats and noodles for family. Having a tv at the tiki bar was great. Plus another fridge. My only suggestion would still to have a TV in the common space. The one in the queen suite isn't optimal if someone is sleeping in that bed. Loved the outside shower! We would definitely rent again! OUR FAMILY HAD A GREAT TIME!

It was better than we could ever imagine!!! You always question the pictures online, but these pictures did not do this property justice. It was just AMAZING!!!! The owners had music playing when we arrived and the waterfall in the pool was flowing. What a GREAT start to our stay!!!
EVERYTHING was clean and it felt like home from the moment we opened the door!

We just got back from a family vacation at Villa Majestic and we had a great time! Our family with 5 adults and 3 children had plenty of space to sleep and spread out, while having an amazing time in the backyard pool! From the waterslide to the waterfall to the hot tub, it was perfect! The backyard is awesome. Renee was easy to work with and we had no issues on site. Easy check-in, good communication, simple process, and a great house in a quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to go back!

The house was in a great location on the water, very clean and everything was in working condition. The outside entertaining area was what we were after and it did not disappoint! We rented a boat and the dock was in very good condition as well. We will definitely return if we ever get back to Cape Coral! :)

Outdoor space is awesome, feels like you're at a resort pool and tiki bar with your kitchen, living room, and bedrooms only feet away. Was absolutely perfect for children, if they needed an nap or something to eat it didn't slow down the pool time for everyone else. The dock was nice to sit a for coffee in the morning. I travel often, for a vacation with younger children I have not had a better experience in any home or resort. Our family is building a vacation home 30 miles away and I am still strongly considering booking this property next spring anyway. It provided a great relaxed adult experience while keeping the kids occupied all day. Best part was I could keep an eye on them from the pool, tiki bar, dock, or couch because the floor plan is so open. A house twice the size or twice the money will not provide a better experience.

We were a group of 8 adults including 4 college kids. We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything you need. Due to Covid outbreak we stayed at the house all week and had a blast. The outside area is incredible and the doors open so wide you feel like you are outside all the time. It was such a memorable time. We all agreed we would definitely come back to vacation again.

My family had a lovely time staying here. It worked great for all of our different age ranges from 2 to 93. We greatly enjoyed being on the water and being able to sit around as well as enjoy the pool. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen for our short stay. And the perfect amount of bedrooms so that everyone had their own place to crash at night. Greatly enjoyed the open living space which allowed us to be with each other even when just relaxing for a few minutes. Renee was a pleasure to interact with and was quick to respond.

This is a well appointed, well stocked home. Very clean. We really enjoyed the pool area. It has a resort feel. The owner is responsive and accommodating. We considered sharing this home with another family, but we were glad that we did not. It would have been tight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
