They don’t have parking for all the rooms and don’t ask if you need it, but we booked based (partially) on having parking.

The accommodation was very clean and well presented and the shared facilities for food and drink storage, preparation and dining were excellent. The car parking was great - plenty of room for 5 vehicles and I was able to get my large Land Rover Defender in and out with ease. We were staying for the Cambridge Festival which was about a mile away, or a leisurely 25 minute walk.

No negatives about the property or facilities. The only thing that could have been better was the mattress on our bed. We are used to sleeping in a king sized bed, but this felt more like a three quarter bed. We both felt that the mattress sloped at the edges and we felt like we might roll out of bed.

Provide sandals with the towels. If they offered to change the towels daily or every couple of days would be good. An update of the cctv monitor, it is very outdated!

The house and room were beautiful,clean and well kept.The cooking and cleaning facilities were great and much appreciated as we could have a home made meal and clean and dry any clothes we needed, would stay again.

The check in process was very easy and the room was clean. Communication with the property was easy, and they even agreed to let us check out an hour late, which we really appreciated. The property was as described.

Our room was on the first floor in a loft space and was INCREDIBLY hot when we got there as the windows were closed. There is no fan or anything so staying cool was a challenge. There was also no full length mirror in the room which made it a bit hard to get ready to go out.

Lovely place to stay. Beautifully furnished inside. Clean and good facilities for cooking.

new rooms. If you have a car great parking. But if you do not have a car you are a long walk to attractions. Communinal kitchen very well equipped. No kettle/jug in your room. If it is cold you need to walk outside to make a brew. Distance from Cambridge is main issue.

Pleasant, sunny rooms and a nice shared conservatory dining area overlooking the back garden. Kitchen was adequate and generally well-equipped for short stays. Wifi coverage was also good. The house is well-maintained and the manager is quick to communicate and responsive to messages.

Soundproofing is adequate, but of course contingent on other guests' politeness (particularly very early departures/late night arrivals). The washing machine is also quite slow (and seemed to accumulate lint?).

Excellent service with clean, well-appointed rooms. Felt very relaxed in the lounges and was so impressed by the building. well-equipped and lovely kitchen. highly recommended. the manager was so supportive. Will definitely book again.

Amazing location, extremely friendly host that does everything to make you feel more than welcome, room and common room was extremely clean, great dining area with garden view, lots of extra facilities, parking included, safe neighborhood. This was by far the best accommodation where I ever stayed! I would 100% stay at this accommodation again and I would 100% recommend!
