Delicious breakfast, lovely staff comfy hotel highly recommended within 10mins amazing sea view

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good for me;near to my Mother and close to local shops and town.

The temperature of the shower water was difficult to balance.

Great location and great value. Staff were super friendly! Lovely bar/restaurant attached to the hotel.

Decor a little old but it was a very comfortable stay.

I paid for a room with a single bed and the room I got had a double so that was a lovely surprise and the bed was nice and comfy. The room was pleasant, clean and nicely decorated with everything needed for a one night stay. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful on my arrival and departure. It was a lovely quiet and peaceful location to stay in and just a 5min walk from the Scarborough Spa where I was going to see some live music

The room was rather on the hot side when I arrived back to it late evening after the gig, I couldn't figure out how to turn the heat down, it looked like the dial on the radiator was already set to off but it was red hot. As it was so late I didn't want to bother staff so I just opened my window which did the trick to cool the room down. This isn't a complaint though as I know the staff would have come up and helped to sort it had I phoned and asked for their help with the issue but I really did not want to be bothering them at almost midnight! Aside from the temperature of the room I cannot fault anything about the stay at all. It was just generally an all around pleasant stay.

I received a very friendly welcome and felt well looked after throughout the stay. Room was good. Overall exceptional value thank you!

On street parking is always a bit of a worry however the process to obtain a pass was easy

Good location to town and beach. Really nice inexpensive bar meals and breakfasts.

Could really do with a cigarette bin outside on the front of the property. Cigarette ends everywhere.

Location is great, not far from the high street and beach.

Hotel itself needs a lick of paint.
