Three nights. Two seniors and a mini schnauzer. The cottage is exactly as advertised. The location is excellent. The owner is engaging but respectful and not intrusive. Flexible in& out times if needed and available. Will stay here again if in the area.

The place was perfect for my husband and I traveling with our pup. Many restaurants and activities are within walking distance of the cottage - we would stay here again next time we're in Ashland.

Owners have thought of everything that a visitor to Ashland might need such as umbrellas, a tote bag, a corkscrew and wine glasses. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved this quiet spot in the middle of town with easy walking access to downtown, restaurants, OSF etc. Host recommendations for favorite restaurants were spot on! Will stay here again!

Michael’s cottage was as described with every amenity we could need in our two night stay in Ashland. Check in and check out were easy and there was a comprehensive list of recommended restaurants that were helpful. Very clean, well appointed space with a private outdoor area to enjoy as well.

This was our second visit to the Courtside Cottage and we would come back any time. There is no better location in Ashland - we walked to everything and never moved our car in 4 days. We walked to the Shakespeare Festival, restaurants, coffee shops, Main Street and Lithia Park. The host Michael gives detailed and timely information. The cottage is cozy but is a master-class in efficient use of space. It has everything you need including a quaint and private front patio. It is very pet friendly and our senior dog loved her stay too.

It was a beautiful cottage, walkable to all of downtown Ashland. Near cafes, restaurants and shops. Owners were very responsive to any questions, and checkin/out was a breeze.

It had everything we wanted or needed for comfort, and we were able to have our dog travel and stay with us. Communication with the host was great. Many things within walking distance, including the Shakespeare festival events. We plan to return in the future and hopefully stay at this property again.

I had a chance to stay at the “Courtside” cottage for 2 weeks. Everything was well appointed, the bedding was of top quality sheets and pillows and the kitchen was very efficient. Many great touches and thought was taken to all the details and information about the cottage as well as things to do in town. It’s in a very private location and the entrance and parking was off the main street but was very walkable to the shops and restaurants. Communication with Michael, the owner, was very good. I highly recommend staying at the “courtside”.!

We loved staying here! High marks for being dog friendly, clean and a short walk to everything. The king size bed was a big plus for us. Host was available and let us use his charger for our electric car. We will not hesitate to stay here in the future.

We had just a short overnight stopover on a road trip. The cottage was clean, comfortable and quiet and Ashland was very cute. Michael was friendly and easy to communicate with.

The property was modern, updated, extremely clean. Great kitchenette, bathroom, TV and comfy bed! Perfect size for a couple. Next time we would choose to come in better weather, but that is no fault of property or owners. Great communication while there. It is noted as dog friendly, and I felt it was fine regarding that. The only thing I would mention is that it would have gotten 5 stars if there was an "enclosed" patio/porch area. It was a bit difficult to wrangle our young dog in a small, open area, that we needed to supervise each moment. A quick 1 or 2 minutes in an enclosed area would have been nice in the rainy weather we had. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay, and walked everywhere we wanted in Ashland!

Thoughtful planning went into remodeling this adorable cottage in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk to downtown Ashland. As a couple with 2 large dogs, we had plenty of space and a nice sitting area on the porch for morning coffee. Our host Michael has lived in the area for 30 years and provided insight to local activities, restaurants, dog walks and hiking. He made sure our stay was both enjoyable and memorable. We will be back!

What a wonderful place to stay. We were on the go everyday, out and about, enjoying hikes, wine tasting, theater, local eateries, and local bars... one thing we always looked forward to after a busy day is that special place where we just relax in the comfort of a cozy home. It's got it all... location and amenities. It's certainly a great place to stay.

Court side Cottage is a jewel…perfectly and elegantly appointed large studio with private terrace in a central but quiet location. The check in and check out processes were a breeze and Michael, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This place is everything you could ever want in a short term rental! The interior amenities are extremely nice and well done. The bed is superb. Location is great, easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Easy safe parking, and friendly polite host. 10/10 for this place!

We had a great stay at this cottage for a week while I worked in Talent. The owner has an obvious attention to detail and has taken the time to provide handy details in just the right places. The bed is comfortable. The shower is great. The neighborhood is peaceful and within walking distance of so many great restaurants. 10 stars.

We travel to Ashland a few times a year. The studio fits our needs perfectly. The location could not be better when visiting OSF or the Cabaret theatre. There are plenty of restaurants with in walking distance as well. Terrific find!

This cottage is exactly what a short term rental is supposed to be. Tasteful design, high quality materials, a comfortable bed, fantastic location close to everything, and excellent appointments and communication from the owner. My favorite place to stay in Ashland.

Our family of three took a long road trip over spring break and this was by far the best place we stayed. The location was perfect and walking distance from great restaurants -- which was handy in the snow. The cottage was cozy and exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable and the home had all the amenities we needed. We spent our entire trip wishing we had planned to spend more time in Ashland. We will definitely be coming back and hope Michael would be okay with hosting us again. This cottage is the best kept secret in Ashland and we can't wait to come back and enjoy a visit in the summer sun!

This cute cozy cottage is walking distance to all of downtown Ashland! We loved that we could bring our dog. And the king size bed was very comfy. We will definitely stay again.
