There was no washer/dryer that I had access to in the studio. The wifi didn’t connect and there is no way my car would fit behind the fence to park it, so had to park on the street. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

Pretty studio apartment with off-street parking. Very private, separate street access from the main house and fully fenced.

The property is well located and instructions for access were clear and concise. I would happily recommend the property and would stay again

This was a great place to stay - quite central especially if you like feeding ducks or doing other great things that Orange has to offer...and it has a lot to offer. The owners were friendly and respectful of my privacy. They let me arrive several hours early, without notice and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Room was great. The TV was a little small compared to what people are used to now, BUT it was probably about the biggest size that would fit the space provided. I didn't turn it on anyway (I can watch TV at home). All the stuff you would need was there - good sized bathroom, well equipped kitchen and really comfy bed. I would stay here again and hope to again under better circumstances than a quick trip for a funeral. I do love Orange and this accommodation puts you in the heart of the city.

The studio was well equipped and stylish. Thrre is a beautiful prk across the road and walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops. I definitely stay here again

Great Location and very private. Kitchen although lacked basic amenities such as tongs, peeler, towelling etc. Also, communication for check-in was quite poor, although property manager did apologise.

Lovely accommodation central to CBD Orange but in a quiet location opposite Cook Park and close to the Aquatic Centre

The house is right across the road from the park, which is absolutely beautiful to walk. Prime location, so close to the shops (you could walk, but we just drove 1 minute instead). Lovely set up, felt cosy. Just be mindful of the step down into the bathroom. Would absolutely come back again, thanks for a lovely stay.

we booked a 2 night stay, room was comfortable & just perfect for our 2 night stay, loved the extra electric blanket. we will be back again on our next trip to Orange
