The home and pool were exactly what I was looking for. The communication was excellent and everything was as promised. I would stay here again.

First off - had to call and ask for the code to get in. The first night we were there - someone was driving through the neighborhood with the boom box blasting from their car. There was 8 police cars with lights behind the house. I received an email from the property manager telling us to respect the neighbors and kindly be quiet. It wasn't us- we had no parties or loud noises of any kind. Don't appreciate the email from the property manager. We were more concerned with our safety with the 8 police cars and why? Secondly - the pool was very dirty. The pool guy showed up - cleaned out some leaves but not all the dirt in the bottom of the pool. The hot tub stunk - the water needs to be changed as the pump and temperature were not working. Kept setting off the circuit breaker - so could not use. The hot tub guy showed up and said nothing was wrong with it but as soon as he left the circuit breaker went off again. The bathrooms need some updating and repairs. The master shower is missing tiles. The stool seats are very wobbly. The living room furniture all have stains on them - like someone sat on them wet or people or pets peed on them - very disturbing. The nicest part of the property was having the 4 bedrooms. The mattresses are comfortable but all of the pillows are hard to sleep on. This property is not worth the extra money they charge. Pictures are very deceiving of the back patio - pool - hot tub area. I don't usually do bad reviews but this property deserves it.

We wanted a nice little place to go to escape the winter blahs in Kansas. The property was perfect! The host was super responsive, the house was just as advertised and the location was extremely convenient. Would definitely return!!

Secure, cute and comfortable place and location. Super clean and well appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. Just as advertised, we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for families but super spacious for individuals as well.

Things were exactly as described, communication & ease of check-in/check-out were great. Home was exceptionally clean. Everything was truly great!!! Would recommend this property to friends!
