I was really disappointed in this hotel. The room was tired with big stains on the carpet. Not what I expect from a hotel that costs over £200 a night. When we arrived all the tables from the bar had been removed for a wedding so we couldn't sit and have drink as planned. The music from the wedding was extremely loud and even made hearing the TV in our room difficult. It went on to 11pm but the drunken shouting from the wedding guests went on to well past midnight. Along with the smell of cigarette smoke that came through our windows which we had to keep open because of the heat. Parking at this hotel is difficult as they only have 5 spaces. Made even more difficult as one of the spaces for hotel guests was taken up by the van of the DJ from the wedding. Guests should be informed in advance if the venue has a wedding booked as it completely changes the feel and offering of the venue. I was really looking forward to a nice stay but left I feeling very let down and ripped off

From check-in to check-out we were spoiled, and being greeted by Afia was an honor. She went above and beyond. Seriously will come back to this hotel.

Kind Arms is a fabulous little hotel situated over a pub/restaurant. Well situated nearby to Hampton Court Palace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had The Hampton Suite.which was really pristinely clean, well decorated and really comfortable, even the adult-sized bunk beds!! All linen amd towels were very clean. The bathroom is gorgeous with a deep bath amd amazing shower, and again, pristinely clean. Breakfast included in the.price and was delicious, with a vegan/vegetarian option. I highly recommed this lovely hotel

We had a fantastic couple of nights in this lovely small hotel. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. It had a great atmosphere, good food and great location, The rooms are cosy but well appointed .

The hotel is excellent and the staff are very welcoming and helpful, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, we will definitely be returning.

Doors banging until 1am, transport and telephone noise kept me awake most of night. Door banging transferred to bed so sleep is impossible until 2-3am. Never stay here again

Friendly staff from the moment we entered the hotel. Although the room was facing the main road, the secondary glazing blocked out any traffic noise. I don't have anything negative to say about our stay. Highly recommend a visit.

Excellent location for visiting Hampton court. Stayed in “crash pad” , small room, thoughtfully appointed, immaculate modern and comfortable . Staff genuinely enjoy hosting very helpful and cheerful Outstanding breakfast, many choices, the poached eggs were amazing. Also had dinner which again was wonderful along with the service. Loved our stay.

Charming boutique hotel near Hampton Court Palace with a bar and lovely little restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful- a great way to start the day!

Nice size room with selection of hot drinks in the room. I felt the evening staff was a bit distracted. Had to go to bar to ask for wine menu. Then go to the bar to order the wine. And then remind the server to bring the wine. Wanted wine with dinner and not afterwards

Excellent stay for 1 night in a Crash Pad. Room had everything you could wish for, even an Umbrella!

I stayed for 2 nights in March ‘24 … the staff were really helpful, polite & professional. I stayed in room 8 which although was on the small side was modern clean & recently renovated with a large TV, compact modern shower room & toilet.There was a mini bar in the fridge & 2 complimentary miniature bottles of red wine & 2 water. The window looked out onto Hampton court palace gardens & maze. The full English breakfast ( included in the price )was excellent. I’d definitely stay their again 👍

Stayed for one night and the room was great.We booked in at the hotel restaurant for dinner and we both really enjoyed what we had to eat.The full English breakfast we had the following morning was definitely one of the best and biggest we had ever eaten and absolutely delicious

Stayed for one night on a business trip. I was only briefly in the property but thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Just wish I had tried the restaurant as the cooked breakfast was excellent.

Although we stayed in the smallest room in the hotel it was adequate for what we wanted it was up to date very clean plenty of power points, proper milk in a bottle in the fridge great location for Hampton court and bushy park, we couldn’t have wished for a friendlier helpful happy staff plus we really enjoyed a meal in the evening at the hotel all in all it was a very pleasant stay

The room was tiny. Very small double bed. Small shower. Having booked a ‘deluxe’ room this was not what I expected. Additionally there wasn’t a view at all from the window just the road. But the window is high up so you can’t see it. Room felt small & claustrophobic. Decor was nice however. Quite pretty. Just too small. Paying over £266 I had expected something rather nicer, more spacious.

Rooms are tiny but charming. No a/c which should be ok most of the time! Staff is great, the food amazing, location perfect for all sorts of activities.

This property is nothing like the pictures. We did not stay. There was an awful odor which they said they couldn’t smell. Yuk

One night stay following a wedding. The manager was very helpful and friendly as were all the staff. The staff were flexible and accommodated us checking in slightly early which was much appreciated. The room was compact but we had everything we needed for a really comfortable night. Our room backed onto Hampton Court gardens. Coffee machine and great tea options in the room were very welcome. A delicious breakfast finished off a great experience.

The room was lovely, the staff were accommodating and friendly and the breakfast was yum😃 There was an issue with payment through hotels.com and the staff worked really hard to resolve this, not yet resolved but not the hotels fault at all.

Such a lovely place to stay, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean and had every thing we could have possibly wanted. Breakfast was delicious and the parking was a real bonus. Would definitely recommend.
