Perfect location. Our Superior room was comfortable and very clean, there was an electric kettle and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had a modern, large and comfortable bathroom. Polite and helpful staff at the reception. On the first day we had problem with hot water and they've fixed it imediately, when we let them know. Fast and friendly service in the breakfast room. The Superior room was in the building across the street, not in the main building with the reception desk and breakfast room (we didn't know this before) but it was safe.

There were only paper coffee cups in the room. Not a large selection of fruit for breakfast.

Location, staff and breakfast were amazing!

The room, although very clean, looked a bit old and a slight smoke smell was in the air. The bed had wheels and with every movement slipped from its place, what a bit annoying was.

Room was updated and very clean. Location to train , bus, and town center was easy walking distance. Front desk staff answered all our questions.

Breakfast area- had to wait for table. Lobby area needs an update.

Location was excellent. Also staff very friendly. Breakfast also good.

Noise. Doors and windows are not properly isolated so we could hear slams of the doors and also workers on the street.

The location is great, close to the main roads, the old city centre and the vibrant neighbourhood Marina. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast delicious. Rooms are large and clean. We stayed here with our one year old daughter and all facilities are well suited for that as well.

This hotel is the perfect place for a quick getaway in Cagliari City Centre. It is only eight minutes away by train directly from Elmas airport. Room 15 across the street is simply the best - Double height, comfy dorelan beds, spacious, two big windows and close to everything. Do get comfy shoes though as the city is all uphill.

The location was great, only 5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the old town. The room was big. There was a buffet breakfast included with a large variety of choices and the option to order a freshly made cup of coffee rather than just machine coffee. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The room was next to the air conditioning units so it was quite noisy. There was only lukewarm water for showering in the evening although it was hot in the morning.

Breakfast needs improving

Very helpful staff who tried their best to answer our questions and help us out. Great location, very central. Clean rooms and good facilities (also a bonus to have a bidet).

Would have liked to have a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. The room seemed to always be warm and there wasn't a way to cool it down except open a window. This would have been fine, but strong cooking smells from next door would waft in, and delivery noises woke us up.

Central position. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and common areas.

Replace the chunky keys with cards. Breakfast improvements like variety of egg preparation instead of hard boiled only. Provision of a cappuccino machine to be utilised by patrons. Bread should include panini or similar.
