Wonderful experience. Lovely place

Everything was perfect i was able to check in literally as soon as i turned on the road the property was located on, a full hour early. The bed was extremely comfortable, the property was clean and very nicely appointed. Everything was exactly as advertised. If there was to be anything that i was not happy with it with it woukd be the level of noise outside BUT it is to be expected in the downtown/entertainment district and absolutely no fault of the prooerty or the owner. Overall i had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this prooerty to anyone and everyone looking to stay in the springfield, Mo area

This was a beautiful apartment that was in the perfect location in Springfield. We had a concert at the Gillioz Theatre that we were able to walk to. Parking is conveniently located around the corner for $5! You can't find that in hardly any larger city. Plenty of close restaurants. The bed was super comfortable. Host was extremely communicative.

The Black Palace was just that! Decor was very enchanting and interesting. The room was extremely clean and fresh. The towels and sheets smelled amazing. The interaction with the host was informative and timely. Adam is a very conscientious host. The only downside of the stay was the noise level because of the bar next door and people on the street. We were aware of that because of other reviews and it did not dampen our enjoyment of our stay.

This VRBO does an excellent job and was very responsive to our needs. The loft was unique in its decor and would be especially appealing to young guests. Very comfortable and high end accommodations.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, bars, music venues, coffee houses, etc. all walkable from the loft. It’s full of beautiful, artsy details! Loved our stay here and the owners were great to work with.

Came into town to see my son perform in 9 to 5. We usually stayed at a hotel the last three and a half years while he’s been at MSU. We enjoyed our stay. Communication with Adam was great. Easy check in. The flat was exactly as described. I loved the bohemian-gothic-industrial vibe. It was super clean. Location was right in the middle of downtown. It got a little loud at night, but not enough to keep me awake. I’d stay here again.
