Really enjoyed this loft! The decorations are fantastic, the bed was very comfortable. Access was easy, as was check in and check out, and the space was clean and well maintained. All appliances worked great. Just a couple things to keep in mind for this rental: The kitchen is beautiful, but very basic as far as utensils and cookware. Not a big deal since it's walking distance to many shops and bars, just something to keep in mind if you're planning to cook for yourself. The nightlife is quite active, especially on the weekends. Location was very safe, but if you're not accustomed to city and traffic noise, that may be a challenge. The brick walls of the loft do a good job of limiting the noise as much as possible. Parking is available on the street, but it's hit or miss if a space is available, and during the day there's a 2-hour limit. However, there is paid parking a block away, and 2 blocks away there is a free public parking garage. It's the College Station garage at end of McDaniel St, just past the Campbell St intersection. We used that when we couldn't find street parking and it was a very convenient option. Again, it's a great space, especially if you're looking to enjoy the downtown convenience or the bustling night life. It was very convenient to everything in town, and only 15 minutes from the airport.

We make frequent trips to Springfield and mainly use hotels. But this was a way more unique and fun experience, would for sure stay again.

Just needed a place for the night. Got in later than we expected because we saw more of Springfield than we planned to. And we wanted to make the stay more memorable than staying at the same hotel. My son visited only for a few days but we made everyday worth it. Thanks for the opportunity.

100% will be back again. The stay was gorgeous, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance and the street life outside was surprisingly not a problem!

Lived being able to walk across the street to the coffee shop and walk to our favorite restaurants like Greek belly, vantage rooftop bar and order at the vandevort!

We absolutely loved this beautiful loft! It was within walking distance of so many great places to eat and thing to do. We drove in from Wisconsin for the Hardy concert and will definitely be going back someday. It’s a short drive to Branson and the beautiful views there too! We even had a lot of street entertainment! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

Wonderful stay at a spacious, eclectic, fun loft. It is a great value. The pricing is in the same range as a hotel room, but with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and other amenities not found in a hotel. In the long run, it is cheaper due to being able to make your own meals. We highly recommend this loft and really enjoyed it.

The pictures do not do this property justice! Such a fun and funky place but also mature and tastefully decorated. The views of down town were great no matter which window you looked out. The balcony was fun to look out at the night life. You’re within walking distance from anything and anything you could want - food, entertainment, and family fun! There was actually a Christmas parade just a block away which was fun to pop in on. If I had to say there was a downside to this place it would be the parking situation - there is not private parking HOWEVER there is a parking garage just a block away for $5. We had no issues utilizing this. Management was helpful and attentive to our needs and provided excellent recommendations. Please don’t hesitate to book (unless it’s a weekend I’m wanting to come back 😂).
