Nice clean room with a very pleasant scent. For an older hotel it's nice. Very convenient location.

The female worker was a rude PREJUDICE self-centered person and she lazy!! The guy that works nights was the only good thing that was good at that place he was very helpful and nice the cottages was horrible and blood and dirt all on the bathroom door and mice who had babies in the couch!! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemies!!!

The bed in our room was so comfortable. Over all the room was better than ok for the price. Our second stay and we'll book again. Love the location. Oh yeah staff was great.

This is my second stay at the Edgewater Inn. Its close to a lot of fun places- beach, casino, souvenir shops, restaurants...I love getting a discount at the Waffle House. Their swimming pool was nice and blue, and their cabana is cute... But whatever sparked the magic there is fading. The cabana and its adjacent courtyard could be spruced up a bit. The hotel is dog friendly, and could make the courtyard an oasis for them and their owners. The room was perfectly yellow for the beach feel, but everything in the room felt like they grabbed it on sale and threw it in there in a pinch. I'm not asking them to go expensive, just be cohesive. I haven't tried any rooms other than the standard smoking rooms. But the rambunctious guests we stayed with overnight made me a little worried. Our water pressure sprayed hot water (warm if we'relucky), but it still helped us in a pinch. We stayed a weekend, and it was budget friendly. I'll keep it in my mind if I need to get a room in a pinch, but I'm going to try some other places in the meantime. I hope it does better, it has a lot of potential. Last shout out to the staff who keep it going.

My second time staying there it was great I am definitely planning on going again they were very close to the coliseum where we were going to a concert at I would definitely stay there if you are looking for a decent place to stay for a decent price.

Old, run down, needed update.

We stayed 3 nights at Edgewater Inn for the purpose of researching our relocation. The hotel needs some work, however, the new owners are working on that issue. Super friendly and helpful staff (most of them anyway). The Inn is literally a stones throw from the heach. A lot eating options nearby. I'd stay there again, without a doubt!

Would stay there again

It was across from the beach but the area to get to the beach was fenced. I reserved a room with a view of the water. The view was a brick wall in a dark passageway with no view of anything, much less the water. The only room they had left on the first floor for guests with disabilities was two times the cost of the room I reserved. The room did not even have working smoke detectors. Staff said smokers rip them down. The hotel needs a lot of work. The staff was very nice but they do not have much to work with until improvements are completed. I'm not going back until all the renovations are completed.

These rooms are extremely out dated and disgusting. I couldn't sleep well in the conditions. Stains everywhere. Not to mention to mold on the front door. I could f get out fast enough! Ugh

Good location, have a Waffle House in the front of the property if you looking for something to eat, walk to the beach. Staff are friendly, nice and helpful but the property need a lot of updating, room is clean , bed ok but the faucet in our room was rusted, one light was out , toilet need to fixed the flush valve, but after all we’re satisfied with our choices, this property been there for years and it time for fixing and upper. Recommendation for short stay or budget travel

Property needs maintained and updates

Edgewater I will say was the middle of the road for us. The room was clean but…..saw some things that needs to done about the place. It was noisy at night. Towels were thin and small. I thought they were handles. One washcloth that we discovered taking the shower the next morning. The staff was nice and courteous. I do appreciate that. I do feel like that booking it through Expedia was a rip off cause we could have booked the room for 99 instead of 150. I won’t be doing that again.

Our room was nice and clean. We had multiple dining and entertainment options. We’re definitely gonna book again when we go to Biloxi for or next mini vacation.

The bed was broke, the location and building is so run down. The phone didn't work to call the front desk, there was no room upkeep the whole stay there . I will never rent a room here again.

Older motel that mostly has been remodeled. The AC worked fine but is a window unit and very noisy. Plenty of room and the Wafe House was much better than most I’ve eaten at.
