This is my second stay at the Edgewater Inn. Its close to a lot of fun places- beach, casino, souvenir shops, restaurants...I love getting a discount at the Waffle House. Their swimming pool was nice and blue, and their cabana is cute... But whatever sparked the magic there is fading. The cabana and its adjacent courtyard could be spruced up a bit. The hotel is dog friendly, and could make the courtyard an oasis for them and their owners. The room was perfectly yellow for the beach feel, but everything in the room felt like they grabbed it on sale and threw it in there in a pinch. I'm not asking them to go expensive, just be cohesive. I haven't tried any rooms other than the standard smoking rooms. But the rambunctious guests we stayed with overnight made me a little worried. Our water pressure sprayed hot water (warm if we'relucky), but it still helped us in a pinch. We stayed a weekend, and it was budget friendly. I'll keep it in my mind if I need to get a room in a pinch, but I'm going to try some other places in the meantime. I hope it does better, it has a lot of potential. Last shout out to the staff who keep it going.

We stayed 3 nights at Edgewater Inn for the purpose of researching our relocation. The hotel needs some work, however, the new owners are working on that issue. Super friendly and helpful staff (most of them anyway). The Inn is literally a stones throw from the heach. A lot eating options nearby. I'd stay there again, without a doubt!

These rooms are extremely out dated and disgusting. I couldn't sleep well in the conditions. Stains everywhere. Not to mention to mold on the front door. I could f get out fast enough! Ugh

#1 Great location. #2 Great price Large, clean room with comfortable bed and good shower. Very quiet. Definitely stay there again.

I love this little hotel. It has a friendly and kind atmosphere that makes staying here feel so special and welcoming.

Good location, have a Waffle House in the front of the property if you looking for something to eat, walk to the beach. Staff are friendly, nice and helpful but the property need a lot of updating, room is clean , bed ok but the faucet in our room was rusted, one light was out , toilet need to fixed the flush valve, but after all we’re satisfied with our choices, this property been there for years and it time for fixing and upper. Recommendation for short stay or budget travel

Edgewater I will say was the middle of the road for us. The room was clean but…..saw some things that needs to done about the place. It was noisy at night. Towels were thin and small. I thought they were handles. One washcloth that we discovered taking the shower the next morning. The staff was nice and courteous. I do appreciate that. I do feel like that booking it through Expedia was a rip off cause we could have booked the room for 99 instead of 150. I won’t be doing that again.

Our room was nice and clean. We had multiple dining and entertainment options. We’re definitely gonna book again when we go to Biloxi for or next mini vacation.

The bed was broke, the location and building is so run down. The phone didn't work to call the front desk, there was no room upkeep the whole stay there . I will never rent a room here again.

Missing fire alarms with hanging wires. Walls dirty, the office looked like a hoarders nest as well as it had a bad smell in it. The property was just run down.

Everything was very covenant

We came in for a cheer competition and I was surprised how great this place was! Staff was super nice and great location! Would stay again if in the area.

My fourth time staying in the suites, so far we’ve gotten a different one each time and every time it exceeds my expectations, This besides any of the hotel in the casinos is the best one for the best price! I’ll be going back to this hotel time and time again!

Was worth the money room was great workers were nice

The room need new furniture. The security lights stayed on all night which was fine but it shine through the bedroom where we slept. Over all it was good. I would book again.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean. Unfortunately it was very dated and somewhat worn. Paint and basic maintenance would make a big difference. The price was great and so was the location.

Right across from the sea.

Hotel was clean and safe. No elevators which was a pain considering my husband has a hard time with stairs and there were no ground floor rooms available. Room 302 has an exterior light that shines directly into the window and onto the bed all night long making it impossible to get a dark room to sleep in. The curtains are just sheers and do nothing for the light. There were people hanging outside of their room being incredibly loud at 12:30 in the morning. The night desk guy who was very kind went tell them to stop which helped for about 30 minutes and then they started up again. In a different room without the light shining in my face, on a ground floor so my husband doesn't struggle and without the loud party next too us, id stay again. Room was updated, clean, spacious and comfortable.

No real issues , great location , great price. Room was spacious , beds comfortable. It’s older ,,there were minor things that are such easy fixes. Door locks were changed out , rust marks from old one visible , just sand and paint. After market AC in odd location and it didn’t quite fill the space , again easy fix Pool was basic but nice. Pool furniture needs replacing and a few weeds growing that could be easily eliminated.

I loved it..it was right in the heart of everything. I loved the fact that I able to swim till 12am
