Cute house that fit 2 adults and 2 teens perfectly (with room to spare!). Very close to downtown and all the popular sights/attractions. Enjoyed our stay.

Charming home in a quiet neighborhood This home was very convenient for our trips to Georgia Aquarium and MLK National Historic Park. There was also a great walking trail in the neighborhood - Lionel Hampton - Beecher Hills.Loved the screen porch and the back yard has amazing trees.

We have a large family and this house was the perfect one for us. We loved the house and the backyard was amazing for my 6 kids. We had a blast. It was close to everything and easy to navigate! The host was responsive and friendly!! Thanks for a great stay!

The house was cute! It was older and had been built onto, but I loved the character. It was clean, but had minimal extras that you get at some vrbos. We did have an issue at the beginning of our stay that the host helped resolve. The lockbox code was not in the check-in/welcome email and the host’s phone number on the email was wrong. We left the house, went to eat, while I called/emailed the vrbo site trying to get ahold of someone. The host finally called me and then texted the code, but we had to find something to do while we waited and hope someone got back to us since it was after hours.

Lovely home in the center of everything

I'm very unfamiliar with the Atlanta area and the property felt like a safe place during the entirety of the trip.

It was a bowl game weekend so we went to the Peach Bowl and wanted to enjoy other sporting events on TV while back at the home. Location was good to the Mercedes Benz stadium and other attractions. The owner/manager responded quickly when O reached out for check in instructions since I had not received them. The house was clean. I would say the only negatives are If you’re a coffee drinker bring coffee. There was only a 4-cup pot and we had to get coffee at the store. Only instant packets were at the house. The house was clean, but we checked out early just to all get a better night sleep. The beds and pillows were not too comfortable and the temperature was either very cold or very hot overnight. The house had two areas to gather, but the one with the tv was configured a little odd and hard to watch tv.

Location was great for our Dreamhack event. Was perfect for what we needed! Would stay there again in the future.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway! The place was close to all the downtown things and had plenty of room to spread out! Felt just like grandmas house! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The house is very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just west of downtown. Plenty of televisions and beds. Ernest was very helpful when needed. Nice place to call home.

We brought our mom for a concert to Atlanta. This place was perfect!! Close to everything yet quiet and cozy. Will for sure be back. Very nice place with great management !!

We took a friends trip to Atlanta from Charlotte and really enjoyed how cozy and quaint the property is. The kitchen layout was a bit dated but the house is stocked with pretty much anything we needed to feel right at home or at grandmas house. We were close to downtown and all the brunch spots. We even were able to play football in the street with the neighborhood kids which we all hadn’t done since we were kids! Overall great stay and great birthday trip. Ernest was great.

This house had everything we needed and even the best location to the city of ATL! Comfortable bed and very, very helpful hosts! Will most definitely recommend you to check out!!!

A comfortable home in the West End of Atlanta, an area that is rapidly transitioning and very convenient to any desired Atlanta attraction.

Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and cozy neighborhood and home. The host left clear instructions and made himself available should we needed him for anything, luckily we didn't as everything was present in the home. Clean and spacious. Decorated nicely without being pretentious or fearful of breaking something. I would recommend this home for those familiar with the area and those traveling with person who tend to stay in on vacays, this home is made for them!

This house was a great place to stay. My grandchildren had a ball. I loved that it was only minutes away from all the attractions listed on the Atlanta City Pass. The house was clean and well managed. I had no reason to contact the owner. I really loved the screened porch.

The home is situated in a cozy neighborhood surrounded by quiet neighbors. We were right in the city with easy access to major expressways; I-20, 285 and 166. Also close to street driving if you're looking to avoid highways. Ernest the host was welcoming and non invasive. His instructions were clear and manageable. The home was clean and tidy without being pretentious. It felt like visiting a childhood home. I and my family will definitely return for future visits.

I have sooo many positives to say about this property, but not enough enough time. The home was EXACTLY as the pictures showed. However, the pictures did the home noo justice. The house was very homely but very neat and clean. I didn't feel like I couldn't touch anything or not sit anywhere. I had a small problem with the tv and washing machine but Mr. Ernest was there in less than 15 minutes to help me EACH time. The kitchen eating utensils were enough for my family of 8 who were there. It even had a little pancake and waffle maker that we used Each morning. I loved the bedrooms upstairs for the teens with each room having its own air condition. ALL PROS NO CONS for this home. A little constructive criticism: Instead of white sheets, something colored so that the sheets don't get ruined. A few more cooking utensils, a spatula, bigger food bowels, and a can opener for the kitchen. A way to wash clothes in cold, hot, or warm, not JUST hot so that clothes don't get messed up. Straitening the back yard because its too beautiful of a area not to be used. To top it all off, my daughter left her tablet, and we are from MD with NO way to get it back. Mr. Ernest text me and let me know we left it and offered to send it back.....TELL ME THAT ISNT GROUNDS TO WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We WILL be staying here again and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it for you and your family as well!!
