Our stay was very nice. The staff were very approachable and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectation for a small chain. We will definitely return. Thank you for the hospitality.

The staff was amazing. Check in was easy. The room was clean and smelled really good. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was hot. Property was clean and we felt safe. Breakfast was ok.

2nd time staying here when we are in Panama City. Great breakfast, not just standard continental that most places offer. Hallway carpets have some wear and tear but still decent. Has a lovely smell when you enter lobby. Love that the rooms have wood floors and not carpet. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable for us. Quiet area. Beaches and stores restaurants about 10 mins away.Highly recommend

Great first time experience here. The room was clean and comfy. The bed slept amazing. The hot breakfast options were delightful. Staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't use the pool but it seemed nice as well. I definitely recommend this location.

We arrived early and the manger Rashel I believe was her name was absolutely amazing to deal with and extremely kind to us! Service and hospitality was amazing from everyone we encountered along with a clean room and great breakfast! Definitely recommend

Front Desk Receptionist was very helpful during the day time. However the night attendant did not seem to have the same enthusiasm. If you asked for an extra towel or any other personal item you were treated rudely. My credit card was held for incidentals and I could not charge store items to my room. Breakfast was limited to microwave bacon and eggs. The food items were not watched by staff and I noticed a guest eating bacon right out of the pan. Which needless to say caused great concern.

I'm very satisfied with my stay and Comfort Inn and Suites. Rashel was exceptional!! She was super nice, friendly and pleasant! She provided awesome service. The hotel was nice, clean and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing that could improve is the water pressure in the shower. Aside from that, no issues or complaints. I will stay here again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, the room was clean but slightly on the small side, the pool was small too but the bed was sooo comfortable, the breakfast was very good and Rashal the person that checked us in was very nice. Our only complaint was the overzealous maid ignored our do not disturb sign and within a few seconds after knocking just opened the door almost causing a very embarrassing moment and she seemed annoyed at me for not allowing her access to my room.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel so clean. We also like the fact that stores/restaurants are close to the hotel. Definitely met our expectations and will be returning for future vacations trips.
