I came down to find a place to move into from Long Island and having this house to come back to every day was amazing. Relaxing and peaceful is an understatement Jeff was very gracious with all of my questions and I left with a new place to live and a new beginning. Thank you so much Jeff for your hospitality

This is the cleanest place we have ever rented. This home is awesome. The back porch is so relaxing over looking the lake. There is wild life ducks, geese, and even a beaver, we had a great time watching them all. Could not ask for a better place to stay and the beds were great too. The host was excellent and home was very well stocked. We had a most relaxing trip.

Wonderful place in a great area

There were 6 in our Party. Ages 7-73 & everyone was thrilled with the layout,. The most wonderfully comfy beds, lovely linens, every amenity imaginable, and extras! Love the layout of the house, Great bathrooms & space. Lots of privacy and plenty of gathering areas. Love the huge kitchen. The views. I’ve rented from VRBO for over 37 years. This is at the top of my list. It was too cold to enjot the outside & water activities at the time but no one cared. There’s TV in every bedroom & a Wonderful big screen TV downstairs for watching games and ample room for a good size group. . Wow, We loved it! I give it six stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful place! Everything was clean and new. The house was very well stocked with cooking utensils so that we were able to prepare a great Thanksgiving meal. It was a great experience for our family.

We had a wonderful time staying at the lake house in Denver. A few hiccups with the water/plumbing in the house day 1, but the owners were very responsive and took care of the issue the following day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My family and I needed a place to stay for together for a family reunion. This place was perfect for adults and kids as there was plenty of space, beautiful views, and a safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the hosts was pleasant and seamless the whole time. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The ducks that visit each day were a pleasant surprise. Jeff was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Norman. The house was very clean and neat, looked like it might have recently been remodeled/fixed up. The bedroom arrangements were great for property this size. Big gathering areas both upstairs and downstairs. It was a hot weekend and the A/C kept us cool. Liked that it had a dock, but the cove is very shallow by this house. Just had to be careful. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood, but is very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we would rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The layout of the house is great for familie(s) plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the house is very thoughtfully furnished. The upstairs deck was terrific and we enjoyed hanging out and having meals up there. The lower level is nice & spacious and walks out to a beautifully manicured yard and dock. HUGE kitchen with anything you could possibly need for cooking meals. A 2nd fridge/freezer downstairs was awesome for beverages and storing ice. Beds were VERY comfortable with soft linens and pillows - probably the best sleep we've ever had on a vacation. We rent a house every year for the week of July 4th and this was by far one of the best experiences we've ever had @ Lake Norman. The cove is a bit shallow but we did not have any issues with getting our boat in, just have to be careful with maneuvering through the cove. Kudos to Jeff for the wonderful hospitality!

It was a beautiful home! First of all it was very clean. That is so important. Secondly, it was so comfortable and roomy for our party of 8. My master bed was so very comfortable also. I slept so good. The view off their large balcony is memorable! Kitchen had everything in it. I enjoyed their kitchen and everything home had to offer. The downstairs living room and bedroom offer led privacy to our other guests. We would love to return! Thank you Jeff for giving us a great experience.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of space inside for family to sprawl out. Outside patios were very nice to relax on. Hope to use to rent again for next family gathering. Owner was very nice to work with.

Great place to stay with family. It was nice to be able to pull up the boat and jet ski-the water was very shallow though-at times 2 ft deep-wish we would have known that. There wasn't a ladder on the dock so we borrowed a 6 foot ladder from friends so the kids and adults could get in and out of water. The shore was mud, not sand. So there really wasn't a way to get in and out without the ladder. It all worked out. We loved the paddle boat too! The yard was beautiful and lovely to sit down by the water. It is a long way to get out to the main lake because of the no wake zone. They even provided towels for swimming in the lake. If you cook a lot-which we did, you'll need to bring mixing bowls and casserole dishes because there were none. Luckily we brought a few disposable things with us. But there were pots, pans and plates. Bathrooms were beautiful-towels and sheets plentiful and nice. Beds comfy. Bunk bed is super low so whoever sleeps on the bottom watch out for your head. Nice TV's and washer and dryer. All in all a great place to stay. Communication with the host was spot on-always answered super quick! Thanks for the memories!

This house was a perfect getaway for our family, and my parents! It’s a beautiful home, and the hosts were wonderful to work with. Would absolutely recommend, and repeat our stay!

The home had everything we needed for our stay. Having a dock made it easy for boating or just watching the geese and goslings swim by. The location had easy access to grocery, restaurants and water activities. Walk-in showers were a plus for older travelers. One shower had grab bars, another plus. We would book it again.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything is new, clean and well decorated. Located on a quiet street less than 10 minutes from Publics, restaurants and boat rentals. The photos don't do this home justice. 10/10. Definitely coming back.

I highly recommend this property! The house is clean, well decorated and layed out perfectly for a larger group. The Waterview is so relaxing and the ducks are so sweet! The day of our flight our arrival time changed a little but Jeff was gracious enough to work with our schedule! Will definitely stay again! Thank you for everything!

This home was absolutely the cleanest and most comfortable we have ever stayed in — those are our two most important criteria — add in the lovely decor and the hosts’ attention to details (large, well equipped kitchen, spacious immaculate bathrooms, clean new bed linens, among others), peaceful view of the lake to wake up to, beautiful front and back yards, large deck, super comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas, great TVs… and, importantly, very attentive and responsive hosts. They messaged us to make sure we were in and that all was well and answered questions immediately. We were in the area to visit relatives and hope to return and spend more time. Ten stars!!! Highly recommend!!!
