Friendly staff

I know they would’ve done this if asked but they didn’t automatically do daily cleaning service, like take out trash or make beds.

It is centrally-located. Walkable to all basic travel needs: restaurants, convenience stores, ATM, bakery, laundry services and drug store.

We have a kitchen in our rented unit but can’t use it. But not a big issue for us since we ate out.

good location! Close to food establishments. The room was exactly what was advertised!

The staff could've been more helpful during our stay. I reported a broken heater and no one even came to check on it or even asked us about it.

Les appartements sont très bien situés assez grand pour une famille. Le seul petit bémol pas d extérieur au cudugnan cave 2 chaises sur la terrasse seraient au top. Le personnel est super ils nous donnent des conseils. Lieu sécurisé avec gardien. De plus l établissement propose des tours en speed boat et n’hésitez pas en privé ou en commun vous ne trouverez rien de comparable pour explorer tous les sites rapidement vraiment c’était super merci au commandant Miler et notre guide qui nous a emmené voir des spots magnifiques et c est occupé de tirer mes enfants avec la bouée et bien sûr à pris des photos de nous tout au long du voyage les 2 journées étaient exceptionnelles (à coron vous ne trouverez pas ces prestations tout est vraiment plus cher ). Les magasins et restos juste à côté nous avons mangé en face pour la vue au Cuna, petit déjeuner au frenz en face aussi. Pour aller à las cabanas en tricycle a 4 150 php, le port est aussi à 3 mn. Et la literie très confortable ( pensez à demander l’eau chaude en arrivant, elle n’est pas en automatique) Merci encore à tout le personnel !!!!

The location was good

This hotel definitely doesn’t provide a good value for your money. Comparing to other hotels in the area, this one is way more expensive and is not good enough. Considering the accommodations and structure of the hotel, it shouldn’t cost this much. The worst for me was the disgusting smell coming from the water. It was so disgusting that the whole room was smelling bad. All the sinks and shower had the same smell, which we don’t know where it came from, but we definitely know that we are getting a skin decease when we are back home. It made me want to puke every time I had to shower or brush my teeth. We went to other restaurants and places in the city and none of them had this smell, so really don’t understand where it came from. Disgusting!!! Also, what is extremely absurd is that they advertise that the room has a kitchen and even post photos of the kitchen and it’s supplies, but once you get there they tell you that you can’t use it and try to make you use a shared kitchen outside. If you are not allowed to use something, they shouldn’t be allowed to advertise it. They only advertise it to make people pay more for the hotel, thinking they will be able to cook, and once they get there, surprise surprise: you can’t use it!!!

It was just in the center of El Nido. The room we stayed was "Big Lagoon" and it was really very big. The room was very cosy. Also the hotel had 24 hoursecurity. The staff was kind and smiling all the time.

1 toilet in the room had a problematic window that we were unable to close. The mosquitos entered from this window. We were unable to tell it to the management as we were in a rush all the time for the Island hopping tours A and C.
