Rooftop terrace where you can access from the room and the very cute building itself, very charming

We wanted a traditional, quirky hotel and this was just right. It is in the heart of the old town of Chania, close to the old harbour and all of the restaurants, tavernas and shops - somehere different to eat every night within a few minutes walking and all great value. There is a lovely roof terrace overlooking the harbour and Venetian lighthouse. The hosts were always very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast (often served in the narrow street in front of the hotel) was well presented and filling. What a great place for people watching. Our room was on two levels with the bed on an upstairs mezzanine - the bathroom was very clean and a good size.

We had a very limited view from the room, but this was inevitable because it overlooked a narrow street in a very old town. The stairs down from the bed on the mezzanine were very steep and a little scary first thing in the morning when making haste to the bathroom - particularly after walking down Samaria Gorge!

The location of the hotel was very central and close to the harbour. Breakfast was very good.

Our room had a private balcony overlooking the harbour, and communal rooftop with a magic view as well.

lovely location, lovely hotel, decorated in good taste. incredibly nice staff, situated in the centre of the city 10 minutes from bus station and 2 minutes from the port. spacious bathroom and room, very clean. overall a great experience!

Most stunning views of the harbour from our room with a balcony. This was our second stay. We love this place.

it’s nice and cosy and settled in old town of Chania near the harbour

the bathroom is very small but still we managed to shower and do make up as we were 2 ladies carrying a lot of bath acccerories/makeup

Excellent location right at the heart of Chania harbour close to everything, super kind and helpful hosts, spacious room and great rooftop terrace with amazing view! I liked the hotel charming old town style too!

For light sleepers some ear plugs could come handy, as in all old-towny buildings :)
