Loved Natalie’s cottage - perfect size, thoroughly equipped (including best coffee bar we’ve ever seen in any short term rental), great location, easy walk into town, very near restaurants, shops, farmers’ market. Natalie was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Overall property was fantastic. Cottage is super cute and well decorated. We were comfortable and able to relax after a long day of driving. Davidson is a fantastic and walkable town and the cottage is close enough to not have to drive if you don’t want to.

We enjoyed our stay in Davidson. The home is very nicely located between Davidson Commons and old Davidson. It has many items on hand you could need, including logs for the firepit and ample parking for larger vehicles.

We just returned home after a five night stay in this lovely property, and we couldn't have been more impressed. I travel often to Davidson (for work) and we typically stay in a hotel, but I'm a first time Mom and this was our first trip with our son. We opted for this property given the location (I could walk to work) and the accommodations. Everything in the description is accurate. The home has been completely and beautifully renovated, and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (we took advantage of the pack n play for our son, thank you!). The backyard is fenced and contains a fire pit. The bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen are all fabulous! You are within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Natalie (the host) was incredibly responsive. We requested an early check-in and this was generously accommodated. We also requested a late check-out, which was also graciously granted. Unfortunately, I had the wrong time in my head and we were 30 minutes late leaving the property. Natalie had been attempting to contact me via email, and I had been in a meeting / unresponsive. Her husband reached out to check on us, and corrected me on the time. We promptly exited the property, and I couldn't be more embarrassed. Traveling with an infant (especially for a work trip) was incredibly difficult, and this home made all the difference. I'm sorry for the mixup and appreciate you going above and beyond for us. We highly recommend!

My husband and I were in town for a quick getaway to visit family and go to a concert in the nearby NoDa area. This perfectly appointed cottage was exactly what we were looking for, and had all the comforts of home. It is apparent that the host has taken great care to provide thoughtful details in and around the property, complete with a private, fenced-in yard (which my dogs enjoyed!). Our host also communicated frequently to ensure we had everything we needed and/or to see if there were any concerns. We will certainly keep this property in mind when planning our next visit! This home was super nice! Clean for the most part with the exception of a few leaves found in one of the beds. This was an easy fix since the property has a washer and dryer available to guests. The host was very nice and was quick to inform us of a water leak down the street that might affect the water pressure. She even gave us some information on good parks to visit in the area. Great host and great house in a cute area. I would definitely stay again or recommend to a friend!

We stopped here for a few nights as it was very close to my parents house. The location is great! The house is very cute! Very clean! The backyard area is adorable. The house is so close to downtown Davidson and an easy walk to the whole area. Highly recommend!

Everything about this house and town were picture perfect. We loved how close the downtown restaurants and shops were to the house. The house was a perfect size and had a wonderful fenced in backyard. Natalie communicated with us quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

This was such an adorable home, perfect for a weekend getaway. It was beautifully furnished and had a great fenced in back yard. It’s close to Lake Norman and shopping, I would love to stay here again!
