Comfortable house with great kitchen and water access. Renting boat was easy too.

Property is Excellent, Everything same or better then in pictures. Very Clean, furniture, linens, kitchen ware all top notch and is stocked with everything any family would need. Quite neighborhood, beautiful cove, Best Deck on the Lake. Look no further, is a 10 out of 10. We spend 8 days here (family of 7), brought our boat and jetski and only left for grocery shopping at Food Lion (2 miles away). Loved everything about this property.

Property was great. Perfect spot on the lake. The house had everything anyone could want. Very spacious. Clean. Great view from the deck.

Needs some TLC !! House layout and Deck were what was expected. Landscape, Dock, pathway all need attention. House needs TLC. Lower level bathroom has some mildew issues. Ceiling fan in upstairs primary was not operating…. Well equipped property just not maintained welldidn’t w

house was as advertised and pictures were accurate. Very clean and kitchen was very well stocked with all items needed. Deck was great and we used it all week. Plenty of outdoor seating for our family of 11. Home was on the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic great for kids. The beach area was good but would recommend to have water shoes since there are some rocks in the water. Used the kayaks and paddleboard and were in good condition. We rented a pontoon from Lake Norman Marina and was delivered to our dock. The lake water was clear and the area beautiful. The only recommendation i would have is the need for an outdoor water spigot with a hose at the back of the house so you can wash the sand off before going inside. This was hard with small children. Overall i would rent this home again we had a great time and my grandkids loved it.

Beautiful and tranquil

We rented the home for our daughter’s Bachelorette weekend it was such a great stay! The home is beautiful and the deck/beach were big hits! Expansive property, large dock! House was stocked with plenty of amenities such as cleaning supplies, games, (indoor and outdoor), water toys, and LOTS of seating! Only thing we wish would have been available, as it is Fall and the evenings and mornings are cooler, was the heaters on the deck. We were told they were not for rental use. We just bundled up. Property is nestled in quiet cul de sac, but close to groceries, restaurants, and more. Views were stunning we the sun set at the back of the house! Thanks for the fun stay! We live in the area and will recommend to friends and family!

House was great. View was great. Boat was great. Can’t wait to go back!
