Size of the rooms and having full kitchen and washing facilities and a lock up garage. Beds were big and comfortable and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen.
Some more information about where things were located, like the garage door button was on a wall near the downstairs toilet - not in the garage. No instructions on how to access the TV - seems it wasn't cabled? There were no tea towels. A small milk in the fridge would also have been nice on arrival when you get there at night.

Absolutely love this property great for a small family close to shops and great communication with property managers or owners.
Only minor thing is that there was no working vaccum cleaner. Other than that it was perfect.

Located close to town but in a nice quiet area. Interior of the house was clean, tidy and comfortable.
The glass bin was already full before our stay and a bottle with cigarette butts outside the back door.

I liked everything about the place. Kitchen was great easy to use and had all the equipment i needed for the stay.
Was that the kitchen had some equipment that was missing for daily use like peelers and spatulas. However everything was so clean and was worth the money that it was paid for.

Spacious, clean, and tidy, well equipped. The house was brand new, so was the whole neighborhood, where massive development was going on. This was absolutely no bother; no noise or construction traffic to note while we stayed. Some noise from the adjacent house the first evening: if the neighbours entertain you'll know it! Otherwise, everything was fine, and the second evening was super quiet!
Great communication with the managers who clearly take good care of the property.

It was quiet, clean, tidy and spacious. Parking in the garage was a bonus! Close to a couple of restaurants.
Would be nice to have coffee grounds and a plunger.
