This was a very clean place! It is exactly as pictured. It was located in a quiet area of Hampton. I love the view from the balcony. I have recommended it to friends! I will be back. Scott was very communicative and great at answering our questions. He sent a video to make sure knew how to open the pull-out sofa. You won't be disappointed.

Very clean and cozy. Just the right amount of amenities. Love the attention to detail with the decor. Located just at the outskirt of the strip — perfect spot with great view of beach from balcony. Just the right walking distance, not too far not too close within the hustle and bustle. You won’t be disappointed!

Very clean and a cute room

Place was clean and host was great. This is a 3rd floor condo/room. No complaints- just be aware this place is not huge- great for a couple but not really more than that. Very easy access to the beach and within walking distance of all Hampton beach restaurants and shops.

Could not ask for anything more! Overall great!

Comfortable and clean

The location was ideal for us. We could leave easily to go out to eat with no traffic backups. We loved being able to see the Fireworks right from the balcony of our room. The weather was very hot and the ac was wonderful to come back to. Room is compact but we had plenty of room for the 2 of us. Decorated very nicely and clean.

The property was clean, and communication from host was accurate. Location was good but overall, i would not recommend it for more than two people as it is smaller than it appeared in photos and the pull out couch was NOT comfortable in the least as a 2nd bed.

The place was so cozy, well maintained and close to everything, yet at the quiet side of the beach. I had a great bonding time with my youngest daughter and the weather was perfect. Scott is very accommodating and helpful with recommendations for food and local activities. Thank you for sharing your property.

Had a great time. The room was perfect. Scott was attentive and gave great recommendations for food and activities. Would definitely return. Only drawback was lack of a stove/oven but it did not affect us for such a short stay

Great area. Room was cute and functional with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfy with lots of pillows. The room does get quite warm being on the top floor so we kept the heat low and opened the slider. They use an overpowering smelling deodorizer in the hallways and in the room. We put the deodorizers that were in the room on the porch and it was much better. You do have to run the shower for a few minutes to get hot water. We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work but the tv did have some good channels. Scott the owner was very nice, left us a care package and was a great communicator. We stayed in November so most of the stores and restaurants were closed. The night life was great with the casino ballroom and Wally’s for live music. Rt 1 had lots of places for food, drink, shopping and gas but is very busy. We drove to Portsmouth and Ogunquit for the restaurants, shopping & charm.

Scott was a great communicator and worked very hard to make sure we were accommodated for our trip. This little place on the beach was a quiet and serene place to come back to after a day of exploring Boston/Hampton/Portsmouth areas. Right across from the beach, secluded and in walking distance from beachside restaurants. Great stay for a single traveler or a couple on the road!

The condo is quaint and quite nice and is accurately depicted on the VRBO site. All appliances and the TV worked well. It was just my wife and I, so the space was comfortable. The unit is located directly across from the beach - a short walk to the boardwalk, resurants and bars. We took short day trips to Portsmith and Ongonquit which we really enjoyed. The host (Scott) was very helpful and responsive.

View from balcony was beautiful! Quiet area yet close enough to everything. Owner was very communicative through the whole process from booking to end of stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Can't wait to go back!

Very comfortable stay at this property. Scott and Gail were in touch regularly from the beginning to the end. Its a very clean and well appointed condo in a quiet section. Condo was perfect for our family of 4 and the beach is visible from the deck. We were thrilled with the accommodations. We truly couldn't have asked for anything more. A cut above the rest!

This studio condo is clean and charming. We had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was provided including a care package (a nice touch)☺️ Enjoyed the beach, the live entertainment and all the really great restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was exactly what we needed! This was a very quiet location away from the noise of the boardwalk. Everything we needed was provided by the very thoughtful host, even a few treats and some extra towels for the length of our stay. The tiny balcony was just enough to have a perfect view of Wednesday’s fireworks! The unit is on the 3rd floor so lots of stairs to climb, but we got our workout in every trip up and down! We highly recommended this condo! Many thanks to Scott, the host for everything!
