Excellent customer service from staff especially Joseph. He is so good at his job and very welcoming and friendly. The apartments are kept clean and any issues are sorted straight away . Very secure and no worrying about safety and security. Very nice and clean swimming pool. Which was need every day. The location is great within reach of places especially the markets. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for self catering . On the bonus side they provide water for drinking which I thought was very important. Not many apartments provide this. Excellent communication with the owner, he was very good at responding to our questions and even come to see us at the apartment. The apartments were exactly as prescribed and no issues at all . I would highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely stay here again.

Once construction is finished , I hope they can provide sun loungers by the pool or chairs to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Self standing fans in the room might be better than being fixed above the bed so that people can feel cool air more . It can be hot in the rooms at night on some nights.

The house was spacious enough for us.. It was clean and was made ready for us in time... The staff went out of their way to see to it that we enjoyed our stay especially the guy called Joseph Biketi ... The pool was being cleaned everday which made it easier and convenient to swim.

The pool was a little bit small and they didn't have a back up generator we stayed for 2 hours without lights

The rooms were quite spacious ad comfy. Looking forward to gettinig back there.

Prefer an addition of a hot water shower since travelling with a child requires a warm bath despite the weather condition there. Also add a mirror in the rooms. But the place is very comfy.

Very helpful staff , friendly and courteous. They made the house available at a time when getting accommodation was very difficult. Access to YouTube on the TV was great; the internet connection was constant and never had downtime. The fridge and gas cooker were new and in good condition.

No curtain at front door; no mirror, no coat hangers.
