This is a new property, and is located next to excellent transport links into the city centre, as well as walking distance to new shopping centres. The apartment is large, although it is one room. Parking was great.

It is new, so new the sat nav tried to take us down a street that doesn’t yet exist and it is really still a building site. I don’t think it is ready for its full price listing although I would happily pay that when the whole project is done.

Fantastic flat, wonderfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great host - very helpful and accommodating. Very convenient location. Couldn’t possibly have been better.

Super nice apartment, only 15 min cycling from the city centre and 10 minutes walking from a big shopping centre. Very well equipped, you can easily stay there for weeks without having problems. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer,... everything is there.

Modern, spacious studio apartment. High quality fittings and well-equipped kitchen. Secure parking on site with lift - very easy for luggage. Loads of welcoming gifts from the hosts... and fresh flowers. Very generous supplies and beautiful linen, the towels - best in 6 weeks travel.

Chantal is an excellent host. It was my first time to be in the city and she really helped a lot to settle me in. Bathroom and laundry facilities are new and super clean. She also served wonderful breakfast -- all organic and made from locally produced ingredients. I came for business meetings and the place was perfect for concentration and relaxation. I will come back again. Thank you dear Chantal!

I really appreciated the pre-arrival communication with my host. I always got an immediate answer to my messages. The apartment is brand new and equipped with everything you wish and need to make your business or holidays stay comfortable and relaxed. I really appreciated the complimentary chocolate biscuits upon my arrival at midnight :-). As the flat faces the forest it is very nice to wake up in the morning and hear the birds instead of the nearby construction work. The construction work is still ongoing in the street however it is not disturbing while staying in the flat. Although the bus stop is very close to the flat and the public transport in Luxembourg is free, I enjoyed walking to my meetings as the entire area is rather nice. I really liked the way the interior is designed - a combination of modern and antique pieces. Also the floorplan and division of the room is very nicely done. I appreciated especially a very nice separation of the "bedroom" corner.

There was nothing I disliked about the flat. I felt there comfortable and save. Once the area will be developed it will be a really great location to stay.

Tasteful apartment and very nice owner. Beautiful view of the forest with flowers and peace and quiet.

There is currently lots of construction going on. This place is brand new and similar places are build up around it.

it was a stunning property, A lovely owner who was very helpful with every circumstance. there is free underground parking which is really useful. The entire European district is reachable on foot and free public transport makes the rest of the country really easy.
