It is a nice appartment close to the center. The look and feel is very nice. Not all the furniture is of good quality, a chair broke during our stay. They were not abel to repair during our stay, that was a pitte. The contact was good during the stay. All the information before arrival is very good and make it quick to get the key, park the car and enter the appartment.

Loved how close to everything the apartment was. We walked to everything. My only complaint would be the bathroom situation. The bathrooms are side by side with glass walls that do not go to the ceiling, you can hear everything! They also share the same light. Let's just say if you’re travelling with another couple you are going to know each other very well.

The location is very good. The property manager, Wendy, is excellent and a joy to work with. The apartment just needs some minor details completed, such as trim work. There were four of us, and the frosted glass in the bathrooms did not become an issue. A great value; we will stay again.

Hi, The apartment is extremely secure and safe.. w great location into como.. clean! BUT the bathroom is a major issue. It’s a bathroom that’s advertised as two bathrooms, but it’s only divided by clouded glass and is open at the ceiling. You can hear everyone going to the bathroom, you can see shadows of people in the shower, and the showers leak all over the floor. Not only that- the sink leaks so badly it fills the room quickly with water. The bathroom situation was so terrible we couldn’t stay the second night (ran out of hot water after 1 person showered. we had 4 people that needed to shower). We had to find another location for the rest of our stay. We should receive a refund and have not yet.

Advertised with free parking, air conditioning and washing machine. Free parking not available due to works being done, agent tried to say it wasn't free parking before admitting it was. Told me to pay and they would refund, no refund made ! Told me airconditioning would be repaired, or they would send fans. No fans came,they did repair washing machine on last day, and the repair man used the t towel which was black so we couldn't use again. Very disapointed

We stayed at the apartment in a building that was under construction, which we were not told. The AC did not work and the FREE onsite parking was not available so we had to park two blocks away in a parking garage. It cost us over $50 US for the time we were there. We were told that we would be reimbursed for the parking and since I left three days ago, and submitted my receipts, I have not heard from the property manager. This is very unfortunate as I think they are doing a nice job on the property and trying to make it a desirable place to stay. I would not recommend this property as the property manager has not been responsive, they said they would bring us fans due to the lack of AC, which was advertised, and due to the fact that the onsite parking is non-existent. They do have a garage on the property that they said we could use but it closed at noon on Saturday and was closed on Sunday, which was the day we were leaving so it was not an option. Hopefully, this review will result in a follow-up from the property manager.
