Good location

Another badly managed Vietnamese apartment complex. Resident noise, dirty hallways, etc. Avoid. Period.

Rooftop infinity pool was great.

Restaurant was underwhelming. A pity for such great potential.

To begin with, I was quite nervous about staying here due to the amount of “not great” reviews. However, deciding to stay at the Cozrum Homes and ignoring the reviews was a great choice. I believe people need to realise that they are not going to get Four Seasons or The Ritz quality of service for this low price.. There is a 24/7 guard with a gate outside the hotel, leading to a beautiful driveway and lobby. I encountered no issues with the staff and actually found them to be quite helpful. The room was very spacious and modern, with working TV and AC. The view was also very nice of the ground floor pool and city. The room was clean and very quiet at night. There’s a gym, shop, restaurant and two pools all located within the ground. I would really recommend this stay if you want to be a short Grab ride away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of HCMC, whilst enjoying the space and facilities the hotel has to offer.

“The Devil is in the Details”. Despite enjoying the property, this is not by any means a 5 star as advertised. I also think the price accurately reflects that. Please do not book this property expecting the utmost luxury. The pools are fine to swim in, yet not the most hygienic looking. Construction work is still ongoing within the property, not that this will affect your stay. Please improve the lighting within the hallways, very dark and gloomy at night. When you begin to look with a closer eye, you’ll soon notice that the quality of the interior around the hotel has been done on a budget, looks nice in pictures but in person you can tell it’s quite cheap. For example, rips in the window nets, odd paint jobs needed etc. It’s also worth noting that the property is not located in the centre. However this did not affect my stay as Grab was very affordable to travel. Yet location may be a factor for you.

When we checked in we had some confusions on the amount to be paid since we were asked to pay more than what was indicated in the booking. But later on they refunded us.

the hotel location is good surrounded by lots of eateries. one can book taxi from grab app easily for commutation. Room size and washroom size is small. Roof top pool is excellent.

The staff didn't know English. My English is very bad but they are worse than me. I just want to see the room but they refuse. No coming back.

amazing facilities, friendly staff. 2 pools, a restaurant, shop and a gym. The lobby looks like a 5 star hotel. you won’t regret staying in this beautiful oasis in the middle of a hectic city

The aircondition is not working and they don't have table phone to call to the reception. The room is very dirty and smelly.

I don't understand the rule of keeping money for deposit even though we have paid for the entire trip already? And the hall is creepy, the room is dirty and the night is noisy. Zero star experience if you ask me.

I recently had the displeasure of experiencing the check in procedure and it was nothing short of a disaster. It took me a whopping 25 minutes to complete the process, which is absolutely unacceptable. Despite the fancy exterior of the hotel, the service provided was just terrible. The hallway leading to my room was not lit properly and was not cleaned at all. The air conditioning system was also not functioning well, and it was clear that the hotel did not take proper care of their equipment. The parking situation was a complete joke. When I initially booked my room, it was advertised that the hotel had a parking lot, but when I arrived, I was informed that I would have to pay for parking. This was especially frustrating as my Vietnamese friend who was staying with me had a motorcycle and it was not like the parking space was in high demand. My experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone and would advise all travelers to steer clear of this hotel.

if you like the smell of dead animals in the corridors or creepy hotel, you will be served there!

Check-in and out was taking too many time. Room is smaller than I expected and not very clean. Too far from the city center and especially from airport. The neighborhood is empty and no way to explore the city culture in here

It is considered a very big hotel with hundreds of rooms but they try to pick every pennies possible. Check-in is slow and also they ask for money deposit even we already paid for the room. The payment by card is also charge for they payment fee in addition to the room price??? Parking in their private lot but I also had to pay for keeping vehicle there!!!
