The house was super clean and furnished nicely. It worked well for our group of 5 adults. Quiet, safe neighborhood close to hiking, restaurants and stores - very convenient. Two bedrooms and 1 bathroom are in a finished attic. They are nice rooms but just be aware the ceiling and doorway heights are not standard height - people 6 feet or over will hit their heads (we had several very tall people in our group).

Property was exactly as advertised and great location to visit downtown Denver and Red Rocks!

What a great location and friendly neighborhood! This was our second time staying here and we will be back! The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything we needed. Red Rocks is 15 minutes away, making the after concert drive short and sweet. Breckenridge is an hour or so away; a perfect day trip!

Quiet street, neighborhood setting, close to community parks and 15 minutes to Foothills or Denver center. Has everything you need at home, away. Pots, and coffee stations, new appliances. Excellent beds and mattresses. Thanks to VRC for welcome packets to get the vacation started. Upstairs 2bdrm and bath not recommended for anyone over 6'2" though because of low ceilings.

Property was clean, easy to find, and had amenities needed. Only complaint was difficulties regulating temperature within the home, although we did stay when it was 90-100 degrees each day. Would stay again.

Loved the location and the house was very clean. Upstairs has low ceilings, but not a problem. Could have used a larger or more fans upstairs, as when we were here it was very hot. But overall it was a great place to stay.

This is a cozy home with ample room for our group of 6. The location was great with easy access to freeways and activities.The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room. All of the bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Our host was very responsive. The bathrooms were well stocked and the water pressure and temperature was good. Just one comment, the upstairs ceiling is quite low (my 6'2" husband had about 2-3 inches to spare) and the stairs are steep. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There is a low overhead upstairs which was a challenge for someone 6'4", but he just stayed in the downstairs bedroom. Be aware that the 1st floor bedroom has one doorway without a door, so it is open to another space. Also a fireplace is listed as an amenity, but renters are not allowd to use it.

My adult children and myself were so impressed and happy with the house. It was very comfortable and had a family vibe - toys, childrens' books, family games, etc. Very nice neighborhood. Very accommodating owners. There were three of us, and this house was ideal space wise. I slept in the ground level bedroom and my two kids slept upstairs (I have bad knees and didn't want to walk up the steps). I cook a lot, and everything was there that I needed to make food. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This was a nice place with all the amenities but turns out it’s some sort of weird duplex connected to the owners dwelling. So doors you can’t get out and windows blocked so only way in and out is front door.l (forbid seemed weird not to have back door to a yard area). Upstairs has weird low ceilings. Had we had all that info we probably would not have chosen this place for us. However Lakewood is a great location, the management is super responsive, it’s cozy and if you don’t mind a duplex scenario it’s great.

Pros-Great location. Close to stores and restaurants. Great for families. In a quiet neighborhood. Cons-Not the best place for older adults. Several beds with mattresses on the floor. Tubs difficult to step over for older adults. Air conditioning did not reach main bedroom. No washing machine. Overall we had a good experience.

Three of us stayed in the property. We found it very comfortable and well-appointed. We shared a few hours each day visiting with each other before doing our visits with family in the Denver area. The location was very accessible to our Aunt and to other amenities in Lakewood.
The unusually HOT weather made it difficult to cool the upstairs bedroom, but a fan helped circulate the air. We would rent again should we return in the future.
