Overall it was very good. Would recommend that you have bath mats for the showers when you step out. Some of used towels for mats and then we ended up short on them. Also management said we were given 30 towels but we counted them and it was less. These minor problems could have been easily solved by if management could have stopped or just give us a call, not just text. In all we had a wonderful family vacation!

My large family enjoyed our stay. Somthing for everyone

I didn't have the emailed directions with me so it was difficult to find. Google maps didn't locate your cabin. Things were as described and the grandkids and my kids enjoyed the pool. The trash had not been removed from the previous guest when we arrived and we were unable to get all of ours in the containers provided by the time we left. Sorry, but we left it inside to avoid critters.

This house was very accommodating for my group of nine adults and five kids (ages 3-10). There was plenty to do at the house from the pool to arcade games to pool table. It was a relatively short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with little traffic, until you reach the resepective cities of course. The check-in and check-out process was very simply. The kitchen had most everything we needed to make meals at home. My only complaints are as follows: - Some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty which prompted us to wash everything before we used it. (The home overall was very clean so this was a minor detail for us) -The hottub had some debris, including hair, which caused us not to use it at all. Again, there was enough other things to do that this was not a big deal for us. The pool did not have this issue -Nearly every room had a TV, however, some of the TV/remotes did not work. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to book a stay here again in the future.

The cabin was great! Plenty of room for our large family. It was super clean and peaceful. The only issue we had was lack of comfortable seating in living area and the windows needing a cover for that late afternoon sun in the same room. We would definitely stay here again regardless.

Plenty of room for everyone to hang out or have their own space. Kids from 10-14, all had fun in pool, hot tub, movie room and game room… didn’t have a reason to leave the cabin. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Lots of room for lots of meals, and lots of noisy games. The pool was a magnet and wonderfully clean and fun. It snowed so there was a night where several of us were in the hot tub catching snow flakes on our tongues. Note to the manager: Scarce inventory of supplies: Only one dish towel?!!! We had to buy additional toilet paper. There wasn’t any Kleenex.

We loved the cabin. Our family had the best time. Kids lived in the pool.
