Great place for my family to stay while visiting Oceanside and Legoland. My kiddos enjoyed playing table tennis and relaxing in the backyard. Will definitely would stay again when visiting California next time.

Excellent 4 bedroom home. Clean and modern.

overall - The propertyWas very nice. When we arrived We did notice there were Not enough towels And some of the play items in the backyard weren't As advertised. We wereTaken care of promptly by the host who Ordered more towels on Amazon that were delivered the next day. In the past when I used to work with vacation rental owners, I have been able to communicate with the property manager or owner prior to our arrival. I was disappointed this was not the case. I don't think I will rent from an owner to property manage I can't speak to before arrival.

We were in town for an engagement party and stayed here for the weekend. It was clean, nice and homey feeling. Only thing we didn’t realize is that the house does not have AC. Maybe common for the area but it was in the 80’s when we visited. We found fans in the hall closet which helped but didn’t cool the air, just added a breeze to the room (unless we weren’t operating them properly). Overall we had a nice stay, plenty of beds if you have a larger group and backyard with some yard games.

Checkin was easy. However, when we entered the house around 5:00pm it was 86 degrees inside. We waited outside, where it was much cooler, for about an hour with all of the windows open, the two tower fans on and sliding door open. Unfortunately, the house was still at 85 degrees. I then contacted the host asking for more fans or if he could do anything to help us cool down the house. He replied to crack the windows and turn on the fans. We then requested a refund since he was not willing to help us. He said no. So, we went to Home Depot and spent our own money and time to make the house more comfortable. The outside area has rats running across the back gate, we saw 6, about 3 feet from the ping-pong table where we were playing. In the outdoor seating area there are a lot of crickets. The ping-pong paddles are cracked and peeling. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked.

Loved the house. If in the area again. Would definitely stay again

We stayed with our extended family and enjoyed our stay. The host is very responsive and the home is nicely upgraded. We will definitely return.

The home was newly renovated so everything was literally brand new. The nightstands in the rooms have USB ports so you can easily charge your devices if you forgot to pack your charger. The house doesn't have AC but each room does have a fan in the closet that you can pull out to use. There is a pellet BBQ grill that's still brand new that nobody has used yet and a charcoal BBQ that was in the garage along with beach chairs. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for you to use. The kitchen had a Keurig, toaster oven, microwave and a spice rack along with a few condiments. The only thing it lacked were more pots and pans and kitchen tools like a can opener. The house was well thought out and host was always responsive. We would stay here again.
