Another successful family vacation.

My entire family spent 4 awesome days at this property. It was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. The outdoor scenery is beautiful. We had coffee on the back porch every morning, swam in the pool every afternoon and made S’mores in the fire pit every night. We will be back!!!

This is an awesome house with a fabulous view!! It is very well supplied with everything you need for a long weekend getaway. This is the best stocked kitchen we have ever been to with great quality cookware and utensils. Our grandkids loved the upstairs bunk room! We hope to return someday soon!

This property was amazing, with an amazing view over the lake. Everything was so simple. Brooke is so sweet. One thing we did notice is if you have a taller boat watch the tree limbs. They do need to be cut back some for this purpose. Great stay, will stay again!

Perfect pretty remote location on Possum Kingdom Lake. The house is phenomenal. It is laid out in a very friendly fashion with an excellent out door deck overlooking the lake. The clear nights are amazing.

Entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Property manager was extremely accessible and responsive to our questions. We stayed here as a family base for a wedding on the lake a few miles from the house. The photos are precisely accurate. Truly “million dollar views”!!
We use VRBO several times each year and this is absolutely one of the best properties we have rented. Not a single negative aspect. Kudos to the owners for beauty and functionality.

Great time and experience for all the family and friends. Everyone was in awe of the spectacular views, pictures cannot do it justice. The owners are amazing and were super accommodating to our needs. I highly recommended this location to anyone wanting to stay in the PK lake area!

This property is a perfect getaway in Palo Pinto County on the best lake in Texas! Our guys trip was better because of this house and the owners made us feel right at home. We so enjoyed our stay at the Overlook! It’s a beautiful home with one of the best views. It’s close to the marina, which has great rentals. The pool was a great place to cool off and enjoy. This is perfect for family and friends with everything to enjoy quality time together

Although we did not spend a lot of time at the property other than using for sleeping quarters, the accommodations were wonderful. Our Company CEO hosted a leadership retreat at his lake house less than a mile away from this gorgeous property.
We had everything needed for a good night's sleep and preparation for the day. The best part was coffee in the morning on the patio overlooking an awesome view of cliffs/lake.
Communications with the Geary's was excellent. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at you beautiful piece of beauty at PK!

We had an awesome vacation at the Overlook. The property is absolutely amazing and has something for everyone. The house is spotless, very well equipped kitchen, and a breathtaking view. Can’t beat the hot tub and pool or the games in the garage. Erin was fantastic at communicating. Best rental we’ve ever had hands down. Thanks for the amazing family vacation!

We had a wonderful, restful time at this beautiful home. Everything was well-organized, clean, and easy to use and find. The views are incredible! We had such a wonderful time reconnecting with college friends — the kitchen is organized perfectly and everything was updated, decorated so cute, and comfortable. The neighborhood is super peaceful and serene and we loved seeing the deer. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Beautiful house with amazing views of the lake. House was in great shape with everything we needed for a family getaway. The back patio is huge and a great place to sit and relax. The kids loved the game room and their own private bunk room. Very close to the marina for days on the lake. Would definitely consider returning to this place. Had a couple little plumbing issues during our stay but the owners responded immediately and had it fixed in no time. Thanks Bobby & Erin!

The house and everything was outstanding!! The view was outstanding morning end evening. Our deer lease was only 20 minutes away from the house so that was awsome house and property were well maintained as far as I know we just brought food for our stay!! I can’t say enough about the view !! It doesn’t have lake assess but there is a marina within walking distance. Agian this place was awsome will book again in the near future!! If I had to rate our stay I would have to give it a perfect “10”

This property was perfect for a getaway from the DFW area. It was a very family friendly spot, and it had all the amenities to keep everyone happy. The owners are very responsive and extremely helpful. We will definitely consider returning!

A short drive from Fort Worth to a beautiful weekend getaway. Location and property were awesome. Very clean and well stocked. The view is unbeatable. Very close to a marina for easy boat rental. The only complaint is that the hot tub was broken during our stay. Other than that it was wonderful. We used the grill and made several fires. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful patio view that has to be seen to be believed; the pics don't do it justice. And the rest of the house is very nice, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are on the smaller side but they get the job done, and the owners are very responsive and helpful. Our one issue was price: just seemed to be a little bit high. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and cannot wait for our next trip to one of the more beautiful lakes in the state.

This property is beautiful, clean, and the view is breathtaking! My family spent a ton of time just sitting on the back patio and talking while enjoying the view of the lake. They even provided a “Pack N Play’ for my baby. Brooke was easy to work with and the house was perfection. My family and I would live to go back.

First of all, Brooke and DeWayne are nothing short of AMAZING hosts! The water supply company had a leak and issued a “Boil Alert” to the whole community, which was completely out of anyone’s control. They both offered multiple times to bring water, ice, whatever we needed to make our 4th of July weekend more than comfortable even with the unforeseen water situation! The house has a great view over Bluff Creek and easy access to the marina! The house very new and extremely accommodating for a group of any kind. The whole property is beyond nice, to say the least! The large back patio was my personal favorite, especially in the evenings! I can’t thank Brooke and DeWayne enough for making the 4th of July weekend one that we will all remember forever!
