Great communication with host and property manager, so close to the beach, can hear waves all day and night, loved it.

Clean house, right on the beach. Kitchen was nice, we did the chef service for a night which was great for our group of 12. Gerardo was the chef and the food was great. The beach is black sand and right there but there are better beaches around for swimming, beach time, shade, etc (Playa Flamingo, Las Catalina’s and Playa Conchal). The pool at the house is nice to have for a quick dip but pretty small for all day use. Overall, clean accommodations that worked well for our group of 12 including use of the Casita. We do wish the house had some activities as there were no games, playing cards, pool floats, beach items, boogie boards etc. I would expect a house at this price to come equipped with activities, games, puzzles etc. The biggest thing we realized about the area and CR in general was the prices/cost. In all reality, prices for food, alcohol, restaurants were less expensive back in the states and on par with Hawaii. Unfortunately, COVID and inflation have really hit CR hard. I would advise planning ahead and making a Costco/Walmart run for larger groups on the way to the house. There is ample refrigerator space for storage, 2 sets of washer/dryer etc. Also, Tomas the property manager was quite responsive and did a great job.

The property was just what we were looking for. It was on the beach and large for all our kids and grandkids! We did have some issues (critters in the ceiling, upstairs fan didn’t work and the air conditioners in some of the bedrooms didn't perform well, lights flickered and unfortunately the Ceptic tank was full and the add on appt smelled like poop about 1/2 the stay.) but Carlos tried hard to remedy all these things and the response from him was amazing. The area has dirty electricity so we did have powers glitches everyday but didn’t cause to many problems. We understand when you have a house that close to salt water things wear down which is why we still gave a good review. Ericka the house cleaner was there everyday and she was wonderful! Carlos booked some amazing excursions and the jet skis were brought right up to the beach by the house. Renting golf carts are a must! We went everywhere on our golf carts.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Beautiful beachfront home. Carlos our concierge helped us with all of our needs from airport transportation, dinner reservations, tours, and golfing. We rented all 6-bedroom suites (12 people), and each suite had its own bathroom & air conditioning units. Daily housekeeping services including laundry. Close to several restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. 2 smaller grocery stores nearby. We stopped at PriceSmart for the majority of our groceries next to the airport. 1.5 - 2 miles from Flamingo beach. The owner and our concierge were all very responsive to our needs and personalized our vacation.

This house is very high quality and has a wonderful pool right on the beach. The town is small and quiet, yet still has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. Our family loved staying here. The concierge team is knowledgeable and very responsive! The daily housekeeping was a wonderful touch!

This property was easy to rent to the owner and his team are amazing at communicating and making your stay perfect.

This property was AMAZING! It was a group of 5 couples who all fell in love with the look of the property. We were greeted by Kevin who was extremely helpful and responsive before and during the trip. We had 3 golf carts that really came in handy. The stairs were a good workout, the kitchen was well stocked…so much good to say about this property and the cute lil town. I will be back!!!

Playa Potrero is an amazing Costa Rican destination. Such a cool little town with a great beach and close proximity to other beach towns. Casa Isabella far exceeded expectations (which were high based on the pictures & description). Awesome amenities (super comfortable beds, wonderfully stocked), super spacious and located just perfectly (in front of beach and short walk to town).
