La atención de las chicas que me atendieron fue genial, muy dispuestas a solucionar y con una linda energía

Cuando llegué unos minutos antes a hacer mi check in, dispuesta a esperar, una de las chicas me ofreció otra pieza de la que yo había elegido, para así ofrecerme acomodarme enseguida, accedí y bueno, no pude dormir en toda la noche ya que las pisadas de arriba se escuchaban demasiado fuerte, cuando tiraban la cadena arriba, se pasaba de olor en el cuarto de abajo, y al lado de mi habitación guardaban cosas, y cada vez que iban a buscar algo se escuchaba como si estuvieran dentro de la pieza. Creo que esa habitación no debería ocuparse :( creo que el precio estaba elevado para el lugar. Pero lo atención 10 de 10 :) y eso se agradece

Muy amable el personal y la estructura del hotel es muy linda. Está muy cerca de la terminal de ómnibus.

Nos dijeron al llegar un montón de opciones de desayuno y cuando nos lo dieron solo consistía en una mini porción de piña y una escasa porción de gallo pinto, las fotos que hay en otros comentarios no son las que nos ofrecieron. El balcón de nuestra habitación era muy lindo hasta que descubrimos que la salida de nuestro baño y de la habitación de al lado daban ahí por lo que había olores y ruidos molestos. Por otro lado, la ubicación si bien es estratégica para llegar y salir por su cercanía con la terminal, el barrio es muy feo y da sensación de inseguridad, no hay bares ni restautants lindos para salir cerca.

I liked the courtyard and coziness of this small hotel. The staff was very cooperative and adept with using google translate. Breakfast was very nice. This is a quiet neighborhood and not far from the main area.

The problem was with the bathroom.....the shower door is broken and does not really close and the faucets in the sink are loose. Also the lock on the door to the room is loose. These are minor, easy things to fix. There are very few choices of places to eat close to hotel. I did eat at one of the restaurants in the hotel nearby, had a good meal and had fun interacting with the ladies who worked there. We danced salsa together. No one spoke English, but were patient with my few words of Spanish and use of google translate.

Very cheap room, friendly staff. Good atmosphere

I enjoyed the staff the most. Helpful with traveling and what is good in town. I enjoyed the breakfast too. Some of the best breakfast I ate in Costa Rica! They have a cat that will greet you.

The construction of houses and building in Central America is much different than in the States. The walls are very thin and in turn it was difficult to cut off noise pollution from the next room and from the kitchen downstairs. Some of the rooms face the street and can be noisy as well.

Everything. Good value for money. Central, basic but comfortable, nice breakfast and good and quiet bed

My room had some cobwebs, could be a bit cleaner but in general it was ok
