Room was clean with basic but working facilities. Staff were friendly and good location near downtown. Some very rowdy guests tarnished our stay banging on walls and smoking weed at 4am. Not the perfect hotel but still worth a stay.

The stay was excellent. No elevator if have a disability with climbing stair. The hotel did make accommodations by giving me another the next day on the girst floor since they were all booked the evening got there for a 4 day stay.

The room met my family’s needs for the evening as we were traveling through town on a road trip. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, although the base of the bed has a metal skirt all the way around that makes an annoying noise when you accidentally bump into it. Overall a good place to sleep.

Andy is really nice and made us feel really welcome. The room we had was really spacious and comfortable. The espresso machine was great. We’re looking forward to coming back again!

The fan in the bathroom of room #273 was horribly loud and annoying.
On a minor note, the hot water in that bathroom was controlled by the wrong faucet (should be left and it was right).

Rooms were basic, but clean. Bed is comfortable. Owners seem to care about keeping things well maintained. Nice coffee options beside lobby.

They had foaming hand soap in the bathroom! I hate bar soap, and was so pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff was really nice :) I’d stay here again

Staff is very friendly made good recommendations to come during the week for smaller crowds, close to the boardwalk and the bed was super comfy

The property was very clean. Staff super nice and friendly very helpful too. You can walk to downtown and the boardwalk. There’s plenty of options to eat pizza, Mexican food, Thai, fast food. I felt safe I walked with my kids to and from the boardwalk and it was past 10 pm and I felt safe no homeless anywhere.

It's not a fancy place but it is newly remodeled. Everything works and is neat and clean and smells nice! The downstairs coffee machine has lots of options including mochaccino and cappuccino. There are options for teas also.

The price is better than most. It's good enough if you're just passing through. The rooms are clean and looks mostly newly renovated

Parking lot is striped to small for number of vehicles they need to park. Hard to get in to open spots if already partially full. No pool but a large "gazebo" area that nobody was using with large percentage of rooms booked (that looks like it used to be a pool by the fence around it)

Overall a good stay for our little beach getaway. Conveniently located with several beaches nearby and close to the Boardwalk.
Check-in was simple. Front desk agent was friendly and gave us a great location for a nearby beach.
The room was spacious. There was a fridge and microwave, which meant we could easily bring some stuff with us and make things in the microwave to save money.
Would stay again.

This was a good deal in a good location, and the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. However, if you are sensitive to perfumes in detergent or cleaning products, this place will be problematic for you. Even with the window open all night, the smell of the scented laundry detergent did not fade, and I slept poorly as a result and ended up with a bad sinus headache. But if the chemical smells are not a problem for you, then I can recommend staying here

No breakfast, coffee machine with terrible coffee! Homeless drug addicts around in evening and all night. Couldn’t shut off balcony light that shined through window shades. Unrestful sleep.

Room had some wear including a burnmark on dresser. Lighting was too bright. We were on first floor and it was too noisy. Doors closing, people moving around upstairs. Louder than it should be.

Very quiet; king size bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows and soft towels. Complimentary Coffee machine had lots of choices, even latte!
Checking in was easy and staff was courteous and efficient! Coming back and recommending Sea Side!

I probably wouldn’t stay here in the future. The top lock of the door was loose and so the door wasn’t as secured. Also, the room did not have any lamps, just recessed lighting which is pretty harsh lighting in a bedroom. The WiFi continuously dropped and there were no safes in the room.

Upon arrival, Mr. Kahn and his staff have been responsive, friendly, working hard, and very helpful. There is no swimming pool. It's in a busy area, walking distance to beaches, restaurants, drug stores, and local activities. I highly recommend Seaside Inn & Suites.
