Very, very clean! The furniture and fixtures all look newly decorated. It is roomy. It is well stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils but you will need to obtain your own spices and food.
It is very well located in within walking distance of cute boutiques, museums, trails, the Crystal Bridge Museum and restaurants. We especially liked the Italian restaurant only about two blocks away.

The condo is perfectly situated to downtown Bentonville. You can walk everywhere and riding to the trails is usually less than 30 minutes. The condo itself is exquisite with up to date televisions that have every subscription you could want from YouTube to Netflix to Peacock and more. The cabinets are stocked with excellent plates, dinnerware, etc and there are a variety of appliances as well including a toaster and a blender. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels, everything you could think of is provided, even a Keurig type coffee maker. This where I will stay anytime I go to Bentonville.

We stayed here while attending a wedding at the brand new facility 2 blocks away. The location was awesome and so was the rental. Very clean, modern, spacious. Will stay there again if ever back at Bentonville.

This property is well maintained and very clean. The only issue I had was a very strong bleach smell in the air which took two days to disappear airing out the place helps with a few windows open.

Were frequent Crystsl bridges visitors and love to stay downtown. This is right in the heart of restaurants and shops. Lots of construction of apartments and condos in the area.
This two bedroom unit was quiet on the third floor. Fully equipped kitchen made breakfast easy for us. Good WiFi in all rooms. Hope you enjoy your stay like we did.

Code was incorrect for access to front door. If a resident had not come along and admitted us giving us the correct access code it would have been disastrous. When we tried to turn on the coffee pot the next morning the switch at the very bottom of the machine was obscured by the height of the tray it was sitting in. I called the owner with the number provided and a simple return call could have remedied the situation. Very disappointing!

Stayed for a girls weekend get away. The apartment was bigger than it looked online. Loved that the bedrooms were separated from each other and each with its own bathroom.The location could not have been better. We walked to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

This is condo was super clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels. It is located very close to the Bentonville downtown square area….walkable to all shops and restaurants. Also very convenient location get on the bike trails. The condo was great for our family of 4. The host was able to get accommodate an early check-in for us which was much appreciated! We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Bentonville!!

Excellent location to downtown Bentonville. We were able to walk to the downtown area and in close proximity to everything else we wanted to visit. Definitely recommend staying here as everything was as described and very clean. Excellent host.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Condo. It was well kept, comfortable and stocked with essentials for our stay. The location is great, very close to good restaurants and the Square. We drove to some of the many nearby attractions including the Momentary for a Jazz concert and Crystal Bridges. My husband also attended a Razorback Basketball game in Fayetteville. We have already recommended this property to friends and family members.

Very nice place,and immaculately clean. Nice separation of bedrooms, but one is clearly the master. So two couples would have a coin toss with a definite winner. We were happy and comfortable there.

We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. As advertised, it is just off the square and close to everything. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean/spotless. The condo is wonderfully appointed and had everything that we needed for our stay - plenty of room, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, very clean. We enjoyed several days of mountain biking followed by evenings out on the square. When we left some important papers behind after our departure, Patrick responded quickly and put them in the mail to us. We were so lucky to book with him. We will definitely stay here when we next visit Bentonville - an excellent experience.

Condo was beautifully appointed!! Everything was new and very nice! This location was absolutely awesome. Very good communication with host. Nice to have two assigned parking spots, most convenient . Queen bed is on the firmer side, no problem just fyi

This is our second year to stay in this building, we stayed on the second floor last year and the third floor this year. We absolutley love this place, location layout, kitchen is unbelivably stocked with everything you need.
Management company is very responsive and accommadating.

Bentonville is the best small town in the midwest... and this is the best condo in Bentonville! Walked everywhere... to rent bikes, awesome restaurants, shopping, Walmart Museum. They covered all the bases with taste. Everything was very well thought out. Highly recommend!
