Very welcoming home with plenty of space for a family or group of friends. A plus was being able to pull into the garage.

Stayed here with family of 5 (all adults) for the Olympic Track Trials and it was the perfect location. Townhouse had all you might need and accommodated us all well. Owner very attentive to a few minor issues that were resolved quickly.

We had a great stay in Eugene. The house was very clean and spacious. It was a great spot to come back to and relax after a day of graduation activities. We would definitely stay here again!

We came on a business trip to work in the Eugene area and it was easily accessible to the city center, the airport and some of the surrounding towns we were traveling through. Unit was clean, modern and spacious for three. There were plenty of insights into how to navigate the space and when we had an issue with wifi host was good at responding and giving insights for us to resolve it.

Great place for a quick trip. Kitchen is a little sparse, but good for quick meals. There's just a French press, no coffee pot so was a not the most ideal for a group with 4 adults. Also, there's no hot tub like in the listing, but we stayed in winter so it was not something we needed anyway.

This was a great property with everything you would expect when traveling. Modern,clean,very well stocked with lots of parking. We enjoyed our stay and plan on blocking out more dates in the future.

Home owner was FANTASTIC and ACCOMMODATING! House was clean, fresh and new. Kitchen and bathrooms provided all cleaning products and toiletries. Located in a great part of town... felt safe and even watched the dear grazing in the fields next to the home.
Came to celebrate the holiday with my UO Duck and enjoyed every part of my stay! Only wish I found this home sooner, and not my sons senior year!

We stayed in Eugene for a wedding and the location was perfect. The location was quiet and a great place to just relax. Everyone has their own room and space to just hang out.
The house is just a short distance from the U of O campus but even better it has quick access to I-5 so we could jump on to get to other location.

This was a conveniently located and well stocked, comfortable home . Owner was very responsive. Furniture and beds were very clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved the Modern House condo! It was spacious, super clean and had a great location! We saw deer each night walking and eating blackberries right next to the driveway. Lots of morning coffees on the balcony and we cooked in almost every night. Truly enjoyed it!! Highly recommend!

Stayed at this property during busy graduation activities. Location was accessible but out of the main fray. Home is beautifully appointed and incredibly welcoming. Ryan was attentive and quickly responded to messages and questions.

Townhouse is set up well for adults staying together. Impeccably clean, nice beds and linens and nice furnishings. Modern and up to date. Bathrooms are well stocked and equipped The property was quiet and great off street parking.
