Construction all around the property. Everything blocked coming and going with rude construction workers. Yelled at and told to enter “do not enter” areas to get to work. It was very loud starting at 6am. The sounds of construction echoed all through the apartment. Balcony was covered in bird feces and construction dust. Couldn’t even talk outside due to the noise. Apartment was dirty, non working lights in the bathroom, refrigerator was dirty with yellow ice in the freezer. Freezer barely made ice. Mildew and mold in the dishwasher. made the entire kitchen and living room smell of rotten food when it was ran. Water from the faucet smelt horrible and tasted even worse. Cooking and kitchen utensils were less than dollar store quality. When using the grills outside, there was one working grill of three. Entire grilling area covered in grease, patio area pavers loose. Sprained ankle and got grease stains on my white shoes due to the dangerous area. Putting green holes were broken and knocked down.
