Room did not have any listed amenities- no fridge, no working appliances, no mirrors. There was a hole in the ceiling. I requested another room and they said there were none available. Keycard stopped working but no staff from 7pm-11am and not at all on Sunday. Waited 1 hour for staff to let me in my room with master key so i could not leave my room until 11am when staff came to work to get a new keycard. There was no housekeeping. Staff informed me that I had
to takeout my own trash. I had to bring my dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. There was no exchange of linen. The staff put a threatening note on my car stating that it will get towed if i backed into the parking spot instead of forward and i have disabled veteran tags and was legally parked in a handicap spot.

We had a non smoking room.. smelled like smoke immediately upon entering. There were cigarette ashes on the floor by the window that opened, leading us to believe someone smoked inside the room by the window with it opened. The floors were sticky and had either not been mopped or had been cleaned with a filthy mop. We wiped the floor with a washcloth and it was black. We did not shower or walk around the room without shoes on. We stayed because we were in town for a music festival and knew we would spend minimal time in the room, but the conditions were atrocious.

Absolute trash, called the office for hours, called using their janky out door phone for hours, stood in the parking lot for hours and no one ever showed up to the front office for check in. Hotels.com had to relocate me to a different hotels. The people that I did see on the property were tenants and they had appeared to have been living there for months

The hotel room i rented for a week was not properly cleaned before I checked in. The toilet had not been cleaned underneath the seat, there was mold on it. The floor in my room had also not been swept. Very disappointing for the amount of money I paid to stay there for a week.

The property is in terrible shape. The office is closed on Sunday so we couldn't voice our displeasure. The bathroom sink was stopped up. An employee tried to fix it, could not, and said he would get maintenance to come up. They never did show up. We had no trash can in the bedroom or bathroom so we threw our trash on the bathroom floor. The toilet tissue holder on the wall fell off when the first bit of tissue was torn off. The tub was filthy and had toothpaste in it (probably from the previous tenant who couldn't use the sink). Many of the electrical outlets did not work, so we couldn't charge some of our electronics. The room AC works, but the temperature is either too hot or too cold...nothing in between. Overall, this is the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel or motel. The Health Department should shut them down.

Nothing - the staff were extremely unfriendly and made things worse when we complained. Reservation made far in advance was not honored and we had to pay a lot more to stay.

We knew we were in for disaster from the moment we checked in - having to wait over an hour to get into the room due to a water issue, the headboard falling off of the wall nearly hitting Us in the head, the room was completely infested with roaches everywhere crawling around our toothbrushes crawling in the shower crawling on the counters crawling on the floors I mean everywhere the floors were so dirty and sticky that we had to wear our shoes while walking in the room the one small 4 gallon trash can was full of trash with no trash bags there were dirty washcloths in the bathroom. Then to top it all off, we had no TV for this entire four-day stay. After multiple complaints to management that our TV did not work we were told that they would remedy the situation and each day we returned we still had no TV. So we had to hang out in the room and watch the roaches crawling around as our entertainment LOL this room was booked a year in advance as we had no other options. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, it was not clean even when it was “ready,” and the floor was literally slimy to the point where we kept our socks on the whole time and had to throw them away.

We got to the hotel on 5/2 at 3:00 p.m., and they had cancelled our reservation. They said travelocity had overbooked the hotel. They also said they tried to call me 2 days earlier because my cc had expired, but the number had been disconnected. they read me back the number and it's my current phone number. i checked messages and call log...they made to attempt to call me. Ruined my whole vacation. I bought your travel insurance, but your customer service isn't being very responsive in getting it corrected. Bugs!!! Bugs!!! Bugs!!! big and small, all over the place, big nasty roaches everywhere!!!! The front desk is only open from 11am to 7pm so you're on your own if you need anything during afterhours. The outlets do not work, the air-condition is a joke. The whole placed smelled of cigarettes and weed even though we supposedly reserved a non-smoking room. The whole space and the surrounding looked sketchy. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Yes, it's cheap, but it's also grimy and in disgusting condition. Definitely not worth the savings at all.

It was a horrible experience at this hotel. Everywhere filled with dirty, smoky stench. They first gave me a room that was not cleaned after the previous customer left. Then they gave me another room after 20 minutes and gave me the key card after about 2 hours! I even called them about my key card and they told me to collect it from the reception where they should deliver it to my room since it was their mistake… I will never book a room in this hotel…

We booked our room two weeks in advance and arrived to check in they said that they had overbooked. So we ended up having to stay over 30 minute away from all the activities that we had planned for my daughter’s 18th birthday. And the room we ended up staying in ended up costing us more because we were not able to book in advance. Which took money away from the activities we were going to do for her celebration. Then to top it all off they blamed Expedia for their short comings on managing their room bookings. I would not recommend booking a room at this place.

First hotel i have ever stayed at that front desk is only open for couple hours a day. Floors in room where sticky, ceiling light did not work, mentioned to front desk when someone was finally there, but was never fixed while I was there. Room was cold, heater at 84 and still chilled.

Where do I even begin. I couldn't get into the office when I first arrived. Once in our room, we discovered that we were to supply our own toilet paper. While walking into the bathroom I stepped on a live cockroach!! In the bathroom the toilet and sink were filthy. The sink drained extremely slow. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor and dead roaches around the base of the sink with cockroach legs scattered around it. There was someone's leftover chinese food in the cabinet and the inside of the microwave was disgusting. There was no refrigerator in the room! I was sitting on the bed and a cockroach crawled across the bed. The lady that lives on the premises beat on our door twice in the night saying someone complained of noise from our room which was not true! I'm pretty sure she lives under the room we stayed in and wanted to be a jerk for whatever reason. People were yelling at all hours of the night and doors constantly slamming. I would never recommend this hotel or ever stay here again! It's disgusting and shouldn't be open to the public. Plus no one is even on staff at night.The front desk worker shows up at 11am so any issues you just have to suck it up or leave. If you like roaches crawling everywhere including on you while you sleep, yelling, doors slamming, no refrigerator, broken lights, non working plugs, nasty floors, toilet and sink, no toilet paper, hair in the bed, trash piled up outside, then this is the place for you! It will literally make you sick

This room was the WORST I have ever stayed in. It’s nasty and I have pictures. It’s worse than a h**ker hotel.
Front office closed at 7 pm. Now when I checked in a little after 6 pm it would have been nice if they told you that. No clock no phone no dishes in a room with a kitchenette.

My room door never locked through out my whole visit, didn’t feel safe leaving personal belongings inside. First night there was a lots of roaches crawling throughout the room. Only stayed because it was a new year’s weekend.

This place was foul. I booked it last second so of course I got screwed out of almost $400 booking with Expedia. First I get a room that the key card won’t work. After back and forth on that (which staff was nice during), we get another room and not even five minutes later, a roach crawls on the wall. Then the pillow. We immediately start gathering our stuff and I see several baby roaches on the wall. I did my research before booking so I felt confident I wouldn’t have an experience like this. The lady at the desk was rude to my partner and it felt discriminatory due to him being heavily tattooed- i wasn’t treated that way like he was. We got screwed out of almost $400 AND our $50 deposit that we weren’t told about for no reason. I’m very upset and I will never book with Expedia again or anything involving red roof. Red Roof properties are nothing but roach infested flop beds for junkies and trash. -1000/10.

Upon entering the room we were greeted with a musty stench. The doors were ripped off the cupboards, there were roaches crawling around and roach traps all over the place. Sheets were dirty (hair, stains, etc.) and there were bed bugs. Found one in the bed and a couple crawling on the table. Dirt and filth everywhere, there was even a squished bug on the wall. Manager was kind enough to give us a different room, however there were still remnants of bed bugs and seedy men were leering at us as we walked to our room. We left immediately and asked for a refund.

You get what you pay for. In town for holiday and only needed a place to sleep. Was clean but for having a kitchenette, very disappointed about having no way to make coffee, and not one pot or pan.

I reserved this hotel room through Expedia and payed when I arrived in Louisville Ky from Virginia 10 hr drive. Tired I paid, went to the first room and it smelled like an ashtray mind you it is a non smoking facility. Second room. The door was broken and could not open. Third room that they said was there best room had ROACHES everywhere! Bathroom disgusting bed covers had holes in it from cigarette burns incense sticks hanging from the shower curtain door had a gap so cold air continued to go in. Woke up the next morning packed my things and asked for a refund. I paid 298. I was told I’d receive 187 back….. I have pictures and proof from Expedia that they also seen the pictures and tried to call the office but no one answered. The woman who I checked out with didn’t even apologize. I had to stay with a relative on their couch for a couple of nights until I could find another one. I am absolutely disgusted and grossed by this situation.

Roaches in all the rooms i was shown, first room had holes in the wall and bathroom door, lock for the main door was inoperable without the maintenance man opening the door. Roaches in and around the refrigerator, stovetop, and cabinets. First room wasn't clean and had broken light fixtures.
