The room

Check in and check-out is very easy. The staff are very responsive. It's close to the bus stop and to many supermarkets and shops. The buses are very frequent in that area, with a bus going to the centre every couple of minutes. Cooking culinary were provided.

I would have liked it if the coffee machine was working. Although pods were provided, but the machine didn't work. The window opens easily as well and not very sealed so it gets cold.

Great location. Two large supermarkets within walking distance. Bus stops also near - and frequent bus services. Easy to go into city centre. All appliances were modern and easy to use. Spacious shower unit. Private. Quiet at the back (I booked a studio at rear of building).

The bed was a bit too soft for me. I would have paid more to have a few more towels.

It was like home away from home. The property was exactly as described. So beautiful, clean and calming. The decor was amazing. It had everything I needed in a house. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows😊 About 40minutes walk from Cardifff train station and about 32minutes walk from the city centre. Has a retail park just 3mins walk away where Aldi, Poundland, home bargains e.t.c are located. Room was hot when I got in but the host was kind enough to provide me a fan promptly

My room was close to a major road and so there's always the 'white noise' of cars passing but it wasn't such a problem and closing the windows reduced the noise a great deal. The window blind was not blinding so light from the street reflects in especially at night, that might be a problem for anyone who prefers to sleep in a pitch black room (but sure the host can always work out something).

excellent bathroom and kitchen - full size fridge and oven. the bed was comfortable. The room was attractively furnished and very clean. It was a 30 minute walk into Cardiff city centre.

couple of items missing from kitchen equipment but that was rectified very quickly.
