Great location, large and newly refurbished flat.

Building work in and around the house will be finished soon. There could be some more information in the flat about WiFi and amenities.

Spacious rooms, great location. Availability of Kitchen and utensils

Had to call the host to get the code to access the key box. He was not sure of my booking and had to share the booking confirmation

Apartment was newly renovated, and very clean. Living Room was spacious. Parking available.

Lack of microwave oven. Better communication with host. Calls were Ok, but message response was slow. Wifi was very slow. The floor the apartment is in was not clearly stated. Some clothes hangers would have been useful.

Great location, size of flat

No wifi and TV. No fridge in minus.

First we did not get any checkin instructions. Had to call in write several times. Waited for about 30min until we got wrong instructions but later corrected. Then in booking it was stated and shown that there is balcony. We got appartment without balcony. No sorry from masters. Finally I got fine for parking car near house even tough it is stated parking is free. Is it hard to tell that house in low emission zone? How could someone coming from outside Germany now local regulations?

There is an obvious problem in the apartment with electricity. Some power sockets are not functional, i.e. there is a voltage in a socket but this is not sufficient. For example, it is not possible to boil a kettle with water using power socket next to an oven. After some 20min, water is warm, but that’s it.. Using another power socket in the kitchen works just fine. There are some inconveniences connected with that. One of them is light in the bathroom and kitchen that flickers.. Sometimes light goes off for some seconds. In one of the bedrooms power sockets are useless even for charging cell phones. I think that there is a bad connection in wires that needs to be fixed. Overall it was very clean, good location. It was easy to check in and find parking place on a street. Provided that the problem with electricity is fixed, I would definitely recommend the place.

Recently renovated, good kitchen, plenty of space.

The bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable and we both woke up with back pain. The bedroom does not have block out curtains. We had to chase the owner for the check in details which then arrived after our stated check in time.

The apartment is clean & spacious. We were 5 people and the space was enough for us.

Communication with the owner was not the best. I had to call them multiple times before they answer their phone because they don’t get back to your messages on booking.com. There is no wifi in the apartment even though it says included in the booking ad.
